Dr. Joseph William Flanagan

My son had a telemedicine visit with one of the physician assistants and there was no record of it. He was suffering with allergies and the office refused to call in a refill because they said he had not been seen in over a year, which was inaccurate. He had an appointment that they never kept record of. That is highly concerning. We will be looking for another doctor which is a shame because Dr. Flanagan is outstanding. His staff, however, leaves a lot to be desired. Extremely unprofessional. Refused to help my son.

What I loved is when I asked a question (and I usually carefully frame yes or no questions) I got a real answer, not a paragraph consisting of a lot of words that could be subject to diverse interpretations. I found Dr. Flanagan VERY knowledgeable, and I am not easy to impress.
