Dr. Joseph P Falcone

Needed a new ortho specialist after my retiree insurance provider was changed Jan 1. Made appt online and a week later got a call from Dr Falcone's office that he needed to review my chart before accepting me as a new patient. OK, I get that. However, I would not get an answer for at least a week. Ten days pass with no answer, so I finally call and find out that he will not accept me as a new patient. No explanation as to why. Nearly a month wasted while I am in need of medical care. Not necessarily a reflection on him as a doctor, but if this is the way his office operates, I would be wary of considering him for care.

I have been with Dr. Falcone for many many years. He has done many surgeries on me with great results. I reccomend him to everyone and they have thanked me.

So far....awesome experience....fractured my Tibula platue...along side of my knee cap...he was very very caring and was quite sincere with his plan of recovery and healing procedure...and explained his professionalism to a "T" on Xrays.....breakage....and every detail of process. My experience with Dr.Joseph Falcone was the most awful experience I have ever encountered. I waited over 2 hours to see Dr. Falcone for a follow up appt. When I mentioned, quote; "With all due respect Dr. Falcone I have been waiting for over 2 hrs", he snapped. He didn't even let me finish my sentence. I was shocked. For a doctor to react this way and as a patient in his practice to be treated in this manner is absolutely unacceptable with ZERO doctor / patient ETHICS. I did not say or do anything that put him in a position to abruptly release me from his practice. I am still shocked by his behavior. *I am a researcher at Roswell Park Cancer Inst. and work with many doctors and when I mentioned this incident, they too were surprised by the amount of wait time and his reaction to my comment.* A simple acknowledgment of my time waiting would have diffused the issue immediately. Lastly; I have had nothing but problems with my R hip replacement. I have extremely limited mobility on my right side and I have had groin pain ever since Dr Falcone replaced my R hip 9 yrs ago. I haven't been able to lift my leg high enough to put on a pair of pants without experiencing pain, for these past 9 YEARS. If you need an orthopedic doctor, I strongly suggest you seek another physician. There are many more Ortho surgeons in the area that are better equipped to perform these types of sx's and obviously have a much stronger ethical background when it comes "how" their patients deserve to be treated. Dr. Falcone is an awesome doctor. I was always treated w care & respect. When problems arose they were dealt w in a speedy professional manner. Treats the whole person. So glad i found him & he performed my knee replacement surgeries!

I would highly recommend this Doctor! He is knowledgeable and through. He answered many question I had and was very patient with me. I am traveling an hour away to see him and it is worth it!

Dr Joseph Falcone is a very caring, competent, experienced, quailified, knowledgeable and compassionate surgeon. This is my second surgery handled by Dr. Falcone over a period of years but this time I had a total hip replacement and Dr. Falcone has done what I call a superb procedure. Dr. Falcone was there every step of the way, from being there before surgery and after surgery Dr. Falcone was there to make sure that I was calm and assured me that all went well. He has a wonderful personality, awesome bedside manner a true caring attitude taking the time and not rushing through appointments. Dr. Falcone has done an outstanding job and I have already referred him to many of my family members and friends that so do need his help. His office staff are wonderful. Also compassionate, caring and will go above and beyond with any questions or concerns and will get back to you asap. I am so grateful to Dr. Falcone for giving me my quality of life back again.

Dr. Falcone is amazing! He is so very personable, friendly and knowledgeable about his skill as a doctor ????‍⚕️. He treats the whole person. His smile is warm & sincere. You have to meet him to experience such kindness.

Dr. Falcone provides both specialist expertise in his field and exceptional patient care and interaction. I had broken my ankle, and he got me into the office FAST, after reaching to him as a new patient after being at an Urgent Care facility. He is genuine in his concern and guidance. One of THE BEST!

Dr Falcone is caring, highly competent, expertly trained and takes the time to listen to the patient. Had right and left knee replacements over a period of 2 years and could not imagine a better result. Would not hesitate for a minute to recommend someone to him - and I have!

Knowledgeable caring and interested in help people. Office staff are wonderful and very helpful. Great experience.

I had a bilateral knee replacement in April 2017. I am extremely happy with the pre operative , surgical & postoperative care I received. All of my questions were answered and I am back to doing things I hadn't done in years!!!!

I could not be more pleased with Dr Falcone I am so happy I went to him.

Knee Replacement surgery was done to perfection. Every part of experience was overseen by Dr Falcone.

Dr. Falcone did a double knee replacement for me when another surgeon would not do both knees at the same time. I had a single knee surgery already scheduled with another surgeon but cancelled it to wait to get in to see Dr. Falcone so I could talk to him about doing both knees at once. I have not been sorry one bit. The other surgeon's reason when I asked him why he would not do both at one time was "you would not like me very much". Dr. Falcone handled everything to perfection and supervised everything, especially when I had a bleeding problem. He came back to make sure my knee was properly bandaged. His follow up care was outstanding. I couldn't be happier with his care and have highly recommended him to my friends. I have an orthopedic group locally but am glad I went out of town to have Dr. Falcone perform my surgery. He is caring and dedicated and an expert.
