The staff and Dr Errera we’re outstanding…..from check in to time with assistant and then Dr Errera’s fitting of my retainer all went exceedingly well. This is a very nice orthodontic practice for anyone out there needing braces or retainers…etc. I highly recommend!

I went for a fitting for a new retainer, not for orthodontic treatment. I have to say that I only waited 5 minutes to be seen by a friendly and attentive assistant. The scanning for the new retainer only took a few minutes, and she explained the procedure and took time to show me the scan. The retainer will be ready in only a week. The orthodontist stopped by to say hello, and was very kind and friendly also. Overall it was a great experience.....professional, efficient, and smiling friendly personnel from check in to check out!

Dr. Joe is great - he's an awesome orthodontist that my son has been seeing for a couple of years. However, the front office staff at the Ashburn Pediatric Dental Center needs to be more sensitive to the sometimes unequal treatment given to their patients of color. My daughter received a less than welcoming reception at the check-in desk by a new check-in nurse - Stephanie when taking my son for an emergency appointment yesterday. It was strikingly different from the way Dr. Joe and the checkout nurses treated her. We are hoping this was a one-time unfortunate incident and that it will be addressed immediately. Again - Dr. Joe is great - the checkout nurses and dental assistants are always kind and attentive. However, some attention needs to be focused on the equity of greetings, pleasantries, and treatment offered during the check-in process for patients of color - particularly African American/Black patients and families compared to other families.

The staff was very caring and made sure they made my son very comfortable. Definitely, recommend Dr Joe to everyone for their orthodontic needs.

We love Dr. Joe and his team. They are all so knowledgeable and great within kids.
