Dr. Creazzo seemed like a kind man, however I felt like he did not listen or ask enough questions about my feet issues/pain to come up with the right diagnosis & the appt felt rushed. Reluctantly I wanted to give him a second chance, & although I had a gut feeling I didn’t have plantar fasciitis like he diagnosed; I wanted his opinion cause he is a foot specialist & I am still in a lot of pain despite a steroid pack. However the worst of it is that I asked his receptionist Renee if my records/X-ray report was faxed to my primary & she proceeded to ask me for the fax. I said “ no ma’am I don’t know the fax. It was not asked on the release form ( only the providers number). That is not my job” She simply could have said no ma’am I don’t know if your records we sent but I can find out for u. She had the worst customer service skills I’ve ever seen & I’ve been in that profession my whole life. Even from the moment I walked in she was unpleasant. The other ladies seemed nice. She then goes back talks to his nurse most likely then decides to say they are refusing my treatment. Not only that but I asked for my co-pay back which was only $5 but in error she gave me $15 back. Before I could get out of parking lot this incompetent person had the nerve to bang on my window & said she overpaid me. I should have refused to give her the money back ( it was her error) but I was being KIND on my part. However I just realized not a little while ago that I gave her my co-pay back also. So expect to see me in the office again if that’s what it takes to get my measily co-pay back. And I will also be needing a disc of my X-rays. Honestly I don’t know how this person is still employed!!! Now I have to find a new doctor. But that’s fine! I can find a better doctor & staff elsewhere!

Dr Creazzo is the best podiatrist ever!!!! Very thorough and helped my foot pain. Very professional!!! I would recommend him over any foot dr in town!
