I have gone to Dr Cozzolino for numerous things. Great bedside manner. Typically quick in and out. Clean. He has also seen my son due to repetitive sinus infections as a child.

Ive been a patient of Dr. Cozz for 18 years. He is always spot on with his diagnosis and treatment plans. He cares about your needs and listens to problem solve your concerns

I have been a patient of Dr. Cozzolino's for just over ten years. He has done a wonderful job of keeping this 72 year old healthy. Although he works quickly and efficiently, he always takes extra time when he feels I have concerns, questions, or haven't understood clearly. I like his mannerisms and his ethics, He has the ability to make you feel like a friend even though may only see him a few times a year. He also has a one of the best PA-C's working with him, which is a real bonus if he is unavailable (which has happened occasionally to me). I once bumped into him in a grocery store, and he immediately, addressed me by name; out of the thousands of people he sees each year, he remembered my name. That's the kind of guy he is. If you are looking for a new doctor, He would be the first one I would recommend you contact, and you should hope he has time in his schedule for new patients. Bottom Line: He is a great doctor, and highly recommended.

I’ve been going to Dr Cozzolino for over 15 years and never had a bad experience. After numerous other Dr visits, he was the one who pinned down my Lupus diagnosis. Knowing why I feel a certain way feels better than not knowing and feeling a certain way!

Very knowledgeable and concerned about my health and well being

It took several tries but he did find a way to control the pain that neuropathy was causing. I am very thankful. He gave me my happy life back.

He is my Doctor. I went in do to pain in my left knee. He gave me a cortozone shot and ordered an xray. Dr Cozzolino has been my primary care doctor for more than 10 years. He has alway and continues to guide me in health matters and provides excellent care and guidance. I would recommend him to anyone. I also really find his staffand FMC team to be excellent.

Dr Cozzolino has been my doctor over 18 years, never had a problem with his help keeping me healthy, always tells you like it is, doesn't try to sugar coat anything about my health, but is always there for me when I need help, I appreciate that his advice over the years, it's hard to find a good man like that. As with most visits, he was on time and efficient. Got to the point of the visit (blood draw results) and answered several of my questions. My only real complaint is sometimes I'm never sure if he is talking to Cooper or to me.

Prior to Dr. Cozzolino's arrival, I was watching the video on diabetes in the room. It had stated that the attending physician should be a cheerleader for my condition. Since I have been a patient with him for many, many years, I mentioned it. He laughed about it. We discussed my results. However, as he was leaving the room he gave me a cheer with both arms held high and said, "Keep up the good work". Best Doctor EVER!

Yes very punctual with scheduled appointments. Staff pleasant. Dr. Cozzolino always reviews your previous appointment records and medicines. He will discuss present symptoms and treatment. Orders prescriptions, blood work and follow up office visits to monitor your progress. Very happy with his treatment.

He’s been taking care of me since 2008, now I have my wife,daughter,& my mother in law going to his practice.

Six-month follow-up. Brief, of course, but complete. Discussed frequent episodes of aching in right hip even though I attend yoga classes 4-5 days per week. After examining my hip and leg, suggested I first pursue some Physical Therapy and if that didn’t resolve the issue, that I schedule some X-rays to further explore the source of the issue.

Dr. Cozzolino was very engaged with rapidly diagnosing my HB problem and increasing my medication; he also quickly alleviated concerns I had regarding other issues. I am very grateful to have him as my Primary Physician.

I have been a patient of Dr. Cozzolino for about 5 years - at Florida Medical Clinic / Wesley Chapel Florida. He has always been so professional in all he has ever done to keep me strong and heatlty. I am now 79 years old and recently had a urinery problem. One visit with him - he immediatly set in place an emergency hospital process - with urgency and everything needed to begin the treatment. He takes the time to explain all going on. I hightly recommend Dr. Cozzolino to anyone seeking a kind very professional primary care MD. With this latest medical issue - when I last called his office for another appointment - the call was answered by a guy called Sam - ? - as I remember. It was so good to hear a " enthusiastic " response - instead of a normal quiet voice reply - like it sounded like this gentleman realy cared about my situation - and finished up after appointment set with words of " is there anything more we can do for you " - like he realy cared about my situation.

My husband and I have been patients of Dr. J. Cozzolino for 20 years. They opened up Fl. Medical Center in Wesley Chapel and we quickly became one of his first patients at this practice. We moved to Apollo Beach in 2014 and continue to come to Wesley Chapel to see him. He is personable and I trust him with my health care needs. I would highly recommend Dr. Cozzolino to all my family/friends anyone who is looking for a Dr. who really gets to know you and listens to you. We are lucky to have found him and hope to continue with him until he retires (many years from now).

After years of doctors’ appts. requiring half my day (waiting in the lobby, waiting in the exam room) it is SO refreshing to NEVER wait. My appts are always on time, and I think the most time waiting in the exam room may have been five minutes - once! I’ve been going to Dr Cozzolino for 11 or 12 years and I trust him implicitly. He’s attentive, attuned, honest and committed to not wasting your time (and I love to try and get him to laugh). Raves for this clinic / facilities and staff as well. Always a pleasure.
