Dr Joe, cares about his patients! He is a great listener and i would reccommend him to anyone looking for for a great physician!

Love Dr Joe- great physician, easy to talk to with great bedside manners. His staff on the other hand leaves a lot to be desired! Downright rude. I'm glad I'm leaving the office because of them, but will miss Dr. Joe.

Good Morning, Joe This is Al Hale on-line. Since this may not be reversible I did not bring up my Rheumatoid arthritis duting our phone call. since this has balooned over the last 6 months, I feel we should determine if any remedy is available, and USEFUL at this stage. SYMPTOMS have become a more painful than usual is it too late. I.E. right hand index & second finger can NOTclose/grip. Secondly, If I walk at any pace above quick step; pain in heart. On rare occaisions as I bring up 30-40 lbs up out 15 steps; I can't catch a breath. After looking up on my computer, I feel idiotic, and fear it may have gone beyond any medical reverse. See U MONDAY 07/27/2020! S U R P R I Z E !!!!

Dr. Constagolia was my primary md for 30 years. Great care and since he was moved to Wilmington, I cannot find a primary as knowledgeable or caring.

A rare and wonderful thing in this day and age a doctor who really listens to you and takes time to explain things to you. He is friendly and supportive but not afraid of telling you hard a truth. I always feel respected and like I am in good hands.

I am extremely happy with Dr. Joe. He takes the time to listen to me, and he has helped me with my specific issues perfectly. I fully trust his judgment, he answers my questions, and I easily understand his clear explanations. I used to live in Massachusetts but have now moved to New Hampshire and I don't mind the very long drive to see this doctor.

Spent a lot of time with me, a new patient. Answered all questions, easy to talk to.
