I’ve been going to Dr Broome since 2018 when he was in the old building. He is the best Dr I’ve ever had and now at the new THP building they have so many good doctors there. I’ve had a lot of recent health problems and him and his team has addressed and listened to the issues

He was my Dr. when working at Gilbert Medical Center. I cannot stress enough how poor he is at his job due to the inconsistency between patients. I did not have a good experience with him. I think what makes a physician good at their job is listening to patients, and on multiple occasions he failed to do so with me when contracting COVID, Zika, the Flu, and then again with a PAP he made me feel gross for having mensuration issues. He treated me like an idiot. Sadly, finding a Dr. that will listen to their patients and treat them as a source for information about S&S is becoming increasingly difficult. We are, after all, why they have jobs in the first place. I am not a money bank where you can check a box to ensure that the insurance companies will send you a check. More people need to report these types of doctors.

Dr Broome was wonderful he listened to what I was saying and knew exactly how to help and I feel fantastic now. And his staff is the best

I have been a patient of Dr. Broome's for a number of years. He is a great doctor and a very caring person. He has always been good at figuring out what is going on with any problems I may have. I would highly recommend him.

Dr. Broome is the greatest doctor in the world in my opinion! Yes he is fast but he will stay as long as you need him to. Just ask . He has helped my family and I more than he knows. Thank you for all you did for my brother Michael today.

Dr Broome has exceeded my expectations and takes very good care of me. I would highly recommend him

We have been going to Dr. Broome for many years and will continue. As I read some of these negative reviews, they are far from the truth. He's very thorough and he's not a pediatrician!

Dr. Broome was very delightful and helpful during my appointment. However, when I called to speak to him about a medication he prescribed whoever answered the phone was very rude. This makes it hard for me to want to call him for anything if I have to deal with a rude person over the phone. It is a shame his staff can't be as delightful as the doctor.

A fast food doctor my daughters appt is at 2 we are out by 2:10 it’s always strep even without a test. Not caring not understanding no bedside manner and just after the all mighty dollar. This family of 4 will not return there.

Lab receptionist doesn't find it necessary to make eye contact with patients. Treating everyone like we're wasting her time. Waited 45 min for the doctor to stroll in, nod, and send me to blood work. First time here. Not impressed

I absolutely love Dr. Broome, he is kind, compassionate, always attentive to my needs/problems, and is very knowledgeable in his field. I cannot recommend him enough. I have referred several of my friends and family to him, they are all very pleased as well with his patient care.

Called to schedule new patient appointments and the person answering the phone was extrememly rude. 1st she was like well he isn't back until the 27th. Yes I still needed the appt. Then was told they didnt want to see 3 new patients at the same time which are my 3 children as establishing this office as their primary care.. That they only allow 30 minutes for new patients.. And 3 was too many for 1 day. Will absolutely not be calling this office for anything. The entire staff is completely awful and will instantly turn you away and force you to have to make another appointment and take off work again. Why? Because they are incapable of picking up a phone to make a 5 minute phone call to your insurance company. Furthermore, when they are asked about this they instantly will not see you. This will be after they except you as a patient through your insurance then not see you. They are horribly unprofessional and incompetent. I would truly not risk my health for this doctor if this is the way he lets his staff treat hard working people. I will be filling a complaint with Oklahoma Medical Board regarding the poor treatment of my employee. You are just a numbered patient to him. Was in a lot of pain due to a neck injury that I've been dealing with for a month. He gave me muscle relaxers that I had already been given by an urgent care and specifically told him that they didn't help with the pain. He really didn't care how much pain I was in. I told him due to the physicality of my job should I take a few weeks off to let this heal, he agreed. Come to find out he can't or will not fill out my short term disability papers. As stated, he can always get you in quickly, but he isn't very thorough. My infant was not acting right, I even videoed some of her episodes. He said she was fine, just was a little sick. That day he had an intern with him. The intern was very concerned, but Dr. Broome was not. Later we realized my daughter is very sensitive to certain Essential oils. She also ended up having Infantile spasms and she is developmentally behind. I wish I could tell that intern that he was right and Dr. Broome was wrong! I don't think her seizures could have been prevented, but he should have paid more attention to this mom of six! As stated, he can always get you in quickly, but he isn't very thorough. After going to urgent care many times and being diagnosed wrong our new regular doctor Dr. Joseph Broome diagnosed myseif and my wife with pneumonia and prescribed us the correct medication. It's been 2 days on this medication and my wife and I are feeling better already. Thank you so much Dr. Broome I'll see you for my check up soon. If you need a knowledgeable doctor he's the one you need. I have been coming to Dr. Broome's office for about 4 years, I like him so much that I have all my employees come here and I also bring my children here. The service I receive from him and his staff is amazing they get me in and out quickly and always take good care of me. I also love the pharmacy Don Coody's it's very convenient to see your dr and go directly 14 steps to your pharmacy.

I have been seeing him since I was 11 or 12. Im 23 now. He has always taken good care of me. The staff there are super nice. I've always gotten in the same day when I needed to.
