I have been a patient of Dr Boak's for over 10 years. EVERY time I meet with Dr. Boak he has done a very thorough exam during my annual physicals and any time I have a medical need. Dr. Boak takes a personal interest in his patients and has earned my confidence and trust to the point where I have moved 50 miles away from when I first started going to Dr. Boak and still travel to him as my primary care physician. I highly recommend Dr. Boak.

After a terrible experience and on hold for two hours and being left in an exam room for 30 minutes and having to leave on her own, my 81-year-old mother does not have access to computers call Dr. Pope to tell him about her breathing problems and the horrible office experience . When he called her back she started to tell him and he interrupted and said I'm sorry I have 24 other calls to make what is it I can do for you? I think you could've given her five minutes of your time.
Cold and uncaring. The office is very poorly run. Relies on nurse practitioner rather than seeing regular patients.
