Dr Blackburn has been my doctor for over 20 years. He is a very kind and compassionate man and always has time to spend with me. He has even visited me when I was in the Hospital. Glad to have you on my medical side

This office is just terrible. They lost my vaccination records, creating issues with everything from school to work to travel for me. The very rude staff refused to help me or acknowledge their own mistake in any way, including hanging up the phone on me in the middle of conversation. Now I have to take responsibility for their mistakes. Wish I could give 0 stars for the staff, even if the Dr. is fine. This office is just terrible. Great Family Practice!!

I've been seeing dr Blackburn since he started in medina when I was a kid 20+ years ago and he is very kind and super knowledgable. Excellent dr.

I have been a patient of Dr. Blackburn for 20 years. He and his staff are always a pleasure to deal with. Dr. Blackburn always make time to listen to my health concerns and make recommendations that are in my best interest. I've been going to Dr.Blackburn almost 20yrs. In my opinion he is about the best there is and his staff has never been rude to me!! I think you are treated as you treat others,,if you've been treated rude you've probably been the same!!

Office staff was very rude and unhelpful Also they are not taking new patients apparently they haven't have a new one in years...

Never seen the doctor, only the PA. She was ok. Office staff are incompetent. Don't call you when they say they will, and have to babysit them through insurance issues.

Staff usually rude as hell Dr is great. Sometimes feel like I'm not sure if it's him or them especially when u can't even talk to him in emergencies. But sometimes dealing with some of staff in person or phone makes or can make a person want to find a new doctor.

Been my family Dr since 2005 love going here staff always helpful and tries getting me in same day.

I recently switched over from my old doctor who delt with younger patients mostly kids, and it was a very comfortable switch. All he doctors and nurses are super nice, fun, and can talk to you like a real person not like you’re just a patient.

Office staff is very rude on telephone.

He should have 30 stars hes caring and helpful my wife has ms and he treats her like gold thanks you dr Blackburn

Dr. Blackburn has been our family Dr. For many many years. He is excellent in care and treatment and referral to a specialist if needed. He is very compassionate and takes time to listen to your concerns. I would and have highly recommended his family Practice.

I have been a patient of Dr. BLACKBURN for 17 years. He is the very best! He has a wonderful bed side mannor, takes the time to listen to his patients and truly cares about them, and seeks the best care for them.

Doctor may be good - office staff is horrible. Was a patient, but haven't been back in a couple of years. Since I went to a differnet doctor in the mean time (for a check-up) they will no longer see me as "I am now considered a new patient since I went to a different doctor last time". "We are not accepting new patients so we cant see you." OK I will take my business and money elsewhere. When it comes time for you to need patients I hope they know better than to deal with your rude office staff. They almost seem to get enjoyment out of denying you. I hope your practice dries up. My wife And I have been with Doctor Blackburn for years. Couldn't ask for a better Doctor.

Ive had too many doctors to recall but I found Dr. Blackburn because my physician was moving to a new city and when I went to retrieve my medical records the clerk by chance was talking about his PA whom I also trust. She told me where she was working and so I thought well I might as well follow her because she could also provide my care. So when I finally scheduled an appt at Dr. Blackburn it didn't take me long to see he was an even better doctor than the one I just lost. He's the best!
