I love this place. Comical, goofy bunch who are enjoying doing what they do. Audia is exceptional at what he does.

only reason i went there is because they were able to work me in on a 1 day notice and the fact they accepted my insurance. My then current glasses had broke and were held together with super glue. I got there and had a very rude overall experience. I started off by saying i only need an Rx im going to eyemart to get glassses made today. oh my that started a rant... he was very rude and put down eyemart and walmart glasses. Said he would break my current frames to put my lenses in temp frames until lenses ordered from him came in. i said no way. after exam i was left in room for probably 30 min waiting. my wife had to get onto the front desk ladies to see what was going on. all in all i was there almost 2 hours. if possible i would give negative 5 stars. only reason i went there is because they were able to work me in on a 1 day notice and the fact they accepted my insurance. My daughter is in college. I drove clear to Penn State, Fayette to bring her here for a 2:20 appointment. It’s 3:15 and she’s still waiting. She has to be back for practice but I guess their time is more important than hers. I won’t bring her here again.

Damien Lipscomb and 13 year old son waited for 2 hrs in a room while listening to adult Sirius radio like "let's talk about sex baby". When I asked about it they laughed and said what your son doesn't like that song. Worst b/s ive ever dealt with from an EYE doctor. Never again

patient doctor reasonable prices

Rude and worried about himself not his customers, and don't you dare bring up 1800contacts or anything like that. Oh my he we go on a tirade. Worse eye doctor I've ever had.

Good O.D. but sets petty office rules. 1)Arrived 8:50 for 9AM appt. Locked out in cold wind & rain. Office help pointed to wall clock. 2) Requested prescription pharmacy change 2 weeks before quarterly appt. Refused claiming I would skip appointment. 3) No provision to hang winter garments. Reason, not in his building plan.

Terrible!! I needed more contacts after many of mine had ripped in my eye, from a brand he had recommended. He will not order me more contacts! I do not have up to date glasses and can not see without my contacts. They office would not even give me a trial pair to get me through. I will be finding a new eye care provider.

Very self concerned and does not care about customers.

Today I awoke with an acute vision problem. Dr. Audia's office arranged for me to be seen immediately. Dr. Audia did a number of tests and determined it was related to a systemic medical situation. By the time I arrived home and called my Family Practice physician, they had already received Dr. Audia's report. As a former hospital system administrator, I can attest this practice provides excellent service.

So disappointing. Stopped what I was doing outside at noon to be there for appointment at 1:30 pm. Got there at 1:20. Finally got called back at 1:45. Say with a very unfriendly office person while she was on the computer for 10 minutes. Then she to me to follow her and we went down the hall and she said wait here and I will come back for you when we have an empty office No one at any time acknowledged me sitting there except for Dr Audia on his way by me. Dr. Audia is very thorough and does a great job with my children. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. The wait time is a bit long, but well worth it for the excellent service and care.
