Did not have a good experience. I went to the doctor for a simple fingernail infection. Within seconds he told me to see a dermatologist. But before I knew what was happening they were doing an EKG on me. I left when they wanted to do a blood test. All this despite the fact that he already told me that I needed to see a specialist!

The 2 stars are for the phlebotomist in this office they did great. There is a Dr.Joseph in this office is very young and unsure of himself. Which left me feeling unsure of the information he gave me, both times I met with him. He was not prepared for our visit and had zero knowledge of my on going case. It was like starting with a new doctor every time. The receptionist also deemed herself qualified to give medical advise when I requested to see Dr. Torres in my next visit. Poor bedside manner. Very disappointed by the lack of professionalism in this office. On top of the fact that I witnessed them allowing patients to sit in waiting area without a mask on. Would not recommend. Dr Torres is a great doctor have been seeing him for a couple years. They wanted to charge be $25 for rescheduling my appointment. I understand if i no showed or canceled but rescheduled…no right. Just a con to take your money. Not going back.

My grandmother and I have been going to this doctor for years now. The doctor and staff are amazing very caring. We love coming here it’s quick and easy. They even have an in house lab that can be done in the office it’s so convenient and you get the results in a few days. I recommend everyone to come visit dr Jose Torres and his amazing staff! The Doctor tries to spend as little time as possible with the patient, and forget about his staff, they are very rude and unprofessional. I had to call 4 times to have them e-mail me the results of the AKG and blood work from 2 weeks ago, and they always say we will sent it, and they never did.. I was very upset when i called again today, and the woman hang up on me and told me to go to their office to take the results. STAY AWAY FROM THIS OFFICE. Best doctor I have had. His staff is great. I highly recommend.

Dr. Torres was my PCP for 13 years until I moved to Tampa. I wish I could find a doctor like him up here in Tampa. Such a caring doctor who takes his time with his patients and is thorough.

Great doctor, great human being. Very caring, compassionate, really takes his time with his patients treat all as a relative. I've been his patient for over 15 years, I'll not change him for any Dr in the world.

Dr Torres is one of the best doctors I have ever seen. Truly personable and caring, knows what’s he’s talking about and straight to the point. Minimal waiting time, very thorough. Highly recommend this Dr.

I've been seeing Dr Torres for 20+ years and he is on point. Nevertheless, the best medicine is nutrition.

I have been a patient of Dr. Torres for 17 years. He always takes the time to listen to the patient. I have referred several friends to him and the all agree; Dr. Torres and his staff treat you like family.

I always have trouble getting all of my medical problems across to "new" doctors and become frustrated with the short visits. How do you cover a mountain of issues in one visit? So frustrating.
