I see now why this man has only average ratings at best. I felt he was very confrontational when I first met him and on my second visit my initial feelings where we'll confirmed. He is a rude, arrogant, uncaring and uncomfortable person to talk to. His environment is NOT open for one to share instead he turns it into a controlling and belittling experience. I called his supervisor and she never returned my call. I guess the issue starts at the top and this is why he's still employed.
