We took our infant for his circumcision and were extremely displeased by the lack of sanitation. Dr Garcia displayed lack of competency and did not even realize we were there for circumcision until I spoke up and stated otherwise, he only thought we were there for well-child check. I noticed that the examination room had not been cleaned before we were taken into the room, due to the dirty paper on the exam table. Also there is a sink in the room, but not any soap. When Dr. Garcia came into the room, he did not wash his hands before examining our child. During the circumcision procedure, Dr Garcia only used non sterile gauze. He also dropped an instrument on the floor, picked it up, sprayed it with antiseptic spray (3% hydrogen peroxide), then wiped it off with non-sterile gauze and proceeded to use the instrument during the procedure. He also used all non-sterile liquid containers. We will not be back!!

No communication, never give updates on child progression. I guess just take money and run. Learned our lesson not to use any doctors in Hobbs. I would recommend going outside this city if possible.

He’s a great doctor but needs to update the info seeing as how they don’t accept Cigna any longer. Which is a bummer bc now I have to find a new pediatrician for all of my children.

I love Dr.Garcia as a doctor but his staff is beyond unprofessional. Their hours read Monday-Ftiday open until 5pm I showed up a little close to 1 doors were still locked so I assumed they were still on lunch. 1pm comes around I see people walking towards the back and another person verifying the door was locked and walking off then when I finally put two and two together about them closes early today I see the employees leaving out of the back door. A sign saying they were closed would have been nice or the professional courtesy of someone coming out and letting me and the other person that was also waiting know that they were closed for the day would have been nice. Usually have a good experience not this week! Came in on Monday systems were down so they couldn't see my baby! Came in Tuesday sat here for two hours!! Walked out! Here I am Wednesday and been here for three hours! Sat in the lobby for 2 hours they called me back now sitting here for about 45 minutes they still haven't came in to check on us! ???? Worst experience ever!! Definitely gonna drive to Seminole next time my daughter is sick! Usually have a good experience not this week! Worst service they had me on hold by phone for about 20 mins what if were an emergency I could be dead by the time they answer

. He is a good doctor. Did not rush us out. Answered all my questions calmly with time ,again not rushing and trying to get to the next patient( even though he was packed). The place itself is a little down, the rooms are dull and uninviting, jailcell like. But most importantly, the doctor is good.

Great doctor have had for 8 years great pediatrician

Dr Garcia didn't explain and go into detail with my 1 yr old daughter's condition when she was admitted to the hospital. He released my daughter after 1 day with no medication and told me to follow up with my PCP. When followed up with my PCP my daughter had ear infection and RSV. I would not recommend Dr. Garcia

Good doctor to my child. Kind of long wait, they have a system going on. It depends on when you go so make an appointment! The staff is good and helpful but they do seem somehow, like sad or tired. I wouldn't say rude though. It's easy to get a hold of the doctor after hours if there's an emergency concern.

My son went to this Doctor when he lived here in Hobbs and he said that he is a very good Doctor so did a co-worker who also goes to this Doctor.

Worst pediatrician I've ever taken my kids too. Basically told me my 5 year old daughter was making it up that she had ringing in her ears. She also had an allergy test done with severe reactions to some stuff. When he got results all he said was its not bad and walked out. So I asked for results took them to another dr who told me her reactions were bad and gave her medication that helped a ton. Would never reccomend anybody to him. His staff are the rudest women I've ever met

He is the only Dr I trust in this town. My children have both seen him since birth, I couldn't have chose a better dr. He is kind, patient & very caring. He doesn't see my kids just as a patient, I love that about him. Sometimes the waiting may take a bit longer but it's worth it.
