Jose Luis Conde

Dr Conde is a good doctor, however t wice have had negative experiences with N.P. Tammy. Left messages for her to call and she did not return the calls. When this was addresses, she was very unsympathetic and had no compassion for her patient’s well being.

Dr and Staff and great. Very efficient and friendly

Doctor Conde is just fine, but the administrative staff needs lots of improvement. not very friendly, they do not respond to CVS refills calls, I must make a call each and every time I need refills. Hopefully someone in the office will make certain improvement are made soon.

Seriously he is not only very profesional but an amazing human! He saw my grandmother while she was under hospice and i thought he was amazing. At the end of the visit he even laid hands on her and prayed for her. By the way she is no longer in hospice after 6 months.

While the medical staff may know what they are doing, the administrative staff, most definitely does not. They give incorrect and sometimes made up information, are rude, don't communicate with the doctor when they claim to and have zero patience when asked a question.

The medical side of the practice is good. Unfortunately, the administrative side of the practice is terrible. I've been lied to, misinformed and reception staff is extremely rude.

Dr. Conde is thorough and helpful.

Dr Conde is a wonderful Dr. He's caring & knowledgable. However, his office staff are incompetent & nasty.

Terrible experience. No digital rectal exam ever though he lied about it in the medical record. No Family History was recorded in the medical record either though the family history of cancer was clinically significant. When the PSA hit the roof all he did was refer out; he would not do a digital rectal exam himself despite my request. He lied about his recommendations as well which were not supported in the actual record. I personally find him culpable for the cancer that was later discovered. His office staff is insulting, simply put. If suing a doctor was nearly impossible in Florida I'd have him in court in a second. Personally, he's a nice chap, a guy you might go fishing with, but never, never let him be your physician.

Dr. Conde is thorough, caring and listens to you

Dr. Jose Conde a caring, compassionate doctor who always listens to his patients. His bedside manner and knowledge of his field surpasses any patient's expectations. My husband and I were both impacted by the Covid 19 Virus very recently, and hospitalized for a number of days. Dr. Conde took care of us during our stay in the Hospital and continues being our Family Doctor to this Day. We highly recommend him as an exceptional Physician.

Dr. Conde is by far the best primary doctor I have ever had. He is caring, knowledgeable, and he actually takes the time to talk to the patient in order to get a better understanding of the patient's overall health concerns and state of mind. I have recommended him to many people.

Although a wonderful diagnostician who spends almost TOO MUCH time with patients, therefore causing extreme back up and sitting around waiting sometimes over an hour to get to see him. I recently need him as an almost emergency and it took me 3 calls to his office and finally going to the portal and writing a message and he still didn't call the number I put in the message or left with the girl up front. He lied to me and told me he left a message when I asked what number he read the wrong number that was not in any message I left for him. I was in a bad situation and needed my Doctor. I feel this is SO WRONG and HORRIBLE to treat a patient of many years this way. His staff is difficult and very hard to get through to his office with an average wait time on the phone of 45 minutes. What is the point of having a doctor that you can't get through to?????

I have been a patient of Dr Conde's for a few years. BUT I can not accept the excuses about not being called. Number one is the wait time. If you have an appt at 2 you won't see dr till 4. I had trouble with the patient portal, I tried many times to get the staff to put me on, Nevermind. I have not had a needed blood test in at least 10 months. This week i ended up going to a walkin clinic where I was seen in an hour!! Dr Conde is a nice compassionate man, but the office staff is overworked and his scheduling is horribic. too bad.

VERY GOOD/ CARING/ PRACTICAL KNOWLEDGEABLE..........

very personable, very affable, a nice young man, makes you feel comfortable, but doesn't perform a full examination at initial encounter, is casual about sticking to accepted standards, and in an urgent situation is essentially, "missing in action", not doing what other internists do to help patients over a difficult situation. Nice guy, yes, but professional in all situations, no. And the front desk is a nightmare, not to be relied upon in any situation, aloof, incompetent, and arrogant. The practice is run poorly in all respects and the patient is left with a strong sense of absence and anxiety.

My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Conde for 14 years. He is extremely dedicated to his practice. He is very BRIGHT and on top of our health issues. He is very knowlegeable. We are lucky to have found him. His nurse Marie is a big plus to his patients too.

I absolutely adore Dr. Conde. He spends as much time as needed with you explaining everything. Yes, there is a long wait time but once you're in his room, the wait is worth it. He also personally calls with test results if something needs further attention. Marie, his nurse, is wonderful too!

I have bee a patient of Dr. Cone since he joined the practice. I can’t say enough about his skills, professionalism and just as a human being. He is great. Three years ago I had open heart surgery in Delray hospital. I was very sick and in a delirious state most of the time due to the drugs taken. Every morning 5;30 -6:00am, I would look for him and his visit . It was very comforting and reassuring that I would make it when I saw him. He has taken me from near death to a full happy life again. He is always ready to understand my concerns and responds in a way that is compassionate and professional. One of the best doctors I ever been to. Lucky to have him in my home area. His assistant Marie is the best. The office staff could be better, but there has been a big improvement over the past two years. GB

My mother has been a patient of Dr Conde at first she was happy but as time has gone by he seams to have no grip on getting your medication filled. And no matter what she tells him it goes in one ear out the other. This is horrible for a woman in her eighties to go thru

Dr. Conde is the best doctor I ever had. He takes the time to listen to his patients, how nice is that? Every doctor knows medicine, but how many realize how important it is to listen to your patients? I can talk to him about any health issues . Dr. Conde always makes me feel comfortable and relaxed in his office. His physical exams are very thorough. This includes a wide array of questions covering every aspect of my body. When I leave his office after my annual physical, I know every aspect of my health was reviewed. Dr. Conde is the best doctor I ever had. Wait times have been about an hour recently till I saw the doctor

I have been a patient of Dr Conde for close to 2 years. He has been the best Dr, I have had in Florida in the past 31 years. Dr. Conde is very understanding, professional, very calm does not pass judgmen he asks the right questions. Not only is Dr Conde a GP, but he takes on more than any doctor that I have known in the past, what he did to help me. I am a 58 year old male with many chronic illnesses that need other professionals, Dr Conde takes it on his own to resolve. Thanks Helga Diane Marie

Dr. Conde is a great doctor his bedside manners are beyond incredible. Phone are not great with hold time but its to be expected with a practice of this magnitude.

Will not release my medical records since february...4 requests faxed by my doctor to Condes Office...I walked in and handed the request ...my husband went there and turned in a request..all paperwork was in order..and there is an MRI in the records about monitoring a spot on my lung & they still did not send the records .I am filing charges with the Florida Medical Board...pathetic...and the front office has the warmth of a tarnagulla... Unprofessional staff, no one responds to calls, emails or fax. I obtained my own bloodwork results, faxed them to the office (three times) and no response from staff or doctor. Great doc, after many others, I thought I finally found the right one, but, the staff (not his nurse) has been brutal, uncaring, rude, and never having any sense of urgency or patient respect. If there is a new staff, I am looking forward to experiencing the change.

Dr. Conde is one of the best doctors I ever had the privilege of knowing. Smart, Caring and Compassionate. More so, smart is the key word. He saved my dad's life in treating him in a quick and prompt matter. He extended my mother's life by diagnosing her when no other doctor could. He calls you back and is just plain great. If anybody needs a real smart doctor that CARES! Dr Conde is your man. Good luck trying to find that in Florida.That's all I need to say... Dr Conde is a fine doctor.His front staff is a nightmare.As his patient a number of times he said just say Dr.Conde said...and that is the kiss of death..Last week his assistant mocked when I said that..she has had the warmth of a tarantula since I complained about her not getting back with test results..this last time I was delayed due to " Dr Conde said " and staff saying we don't do it that way..I was angry & told never to come back!!
