Waited over an hour pass my appointment time and no doctors showed up. It's pointless to make an appointment with this clinic. They don't even apologize and says it's all up to the doctors.

Don’t come in as a walk-in. Even if the Dr himself tells you too. You will wait for ever and be lied too by the staff promising your next. While others go in and out because they have appointments. It was very inconsiderate for the Dr. to ask to come in when the wait is 3 hours plus. Over booked for walk ins that’s for sure! And his consultation did not help my situation. He told me to go the ER because he had to many patients for him to see me. What a peace of work!!! I no longer trust Dr. Caceres. Hope my consultation help pay for your house! Dr. Caceres and his whole staff are . professional and compassionate. They treat you like you are the only patient there. I will never leave Dr. Caceres unless I move away. Thank you Dr. Caceres for all that you do.

Had to switch doctors they are just very slow. You’ll be there for more than 90 minutes every visit.

I have been a patient here for several years and this is long overdue. Dr. Caceres is compassionate, caring, dedicated to patients, a doctor who, on top, has an impressive number of awards. He runs a busy place, they take the time is needed in your visit, so waiting times are sometimes (and only sometimes) a bit longer, but bearable. Like in Knotts Berry Farm, the best rides have always a long line! So it's worth it. Kudos to Jose Luis, Ace, and the whole crew, they add overall service and value to the clinic. Be careful folks do not believe anything the doctor says specially if he asks you to do an angiogram please make sure you get a second opinion from a different doctor.

Dr. C is by far the best Dr. I have EVER had the pleasure dealing with. They don't make Doctors like him anymore. He and his staff listen,care & most importantly they don't rush you in and out... again he actually listens and cares! You might wait a little longer then most but is well worth the extra 10/15 minutes. You don’t find dr’s like this anymore. People who actually care. Dr and his team was great especially dr Susanne who makes sure that you get your issue solved.

Ok, excellent staff. Spends time with your problems to see you get the best care.
