Dr. Jose Luis Bautista

I've been going here for years before I had kids and when I had my daughter's they've both been going here since they we're both born and still do to this day. The staff is so nice my girls love them. They're always so helpful. I appreciate all your work you do and your kindness ❤️.

Staff are very unprofessional. They say they will call you in 20 mins for a telemed appointment but it’s been 4 hours. They should be closing up soon. Although, this isn’t new. My grandmother says she waits all day despite having an early appointment. Do better.

Useless doctor and staff! Bautista will only spend 5 minutes with you before his staff of interns examen you and they discuss what's best for you. I couldn't believe it! His assistant was supposed to send a referral to see a specialist, and he never did. After multiple follow-up calls and personally speaking to the assistant, he said he will do it ASAP and never did. I took my medical records and found a new PCP with a better staff. I'm lucky to have a good medical insurance plan, but majority of their clients are low income and their wait-times are worst because the staff doesn't care about their time and health. I met an elderly lady who was so uncomfortable after waiting over an hour, and as I was leaving, she still hadn't been since and she was there before me. I felt so bad for her and her family who took the day off work to bring their grandma. I wish this practice office would get FINED for being awful to their clients and being careless about our health.

Dr. Bautista is an amazing Doctor who really cares about the patients and I'm Very thankful I found him. I dont write many reviews but I'm more than happy to for him and his staff.

He is a great doctor just real busy!

Front office ladies are ridiculous, I took my mom to the doctor suposly her Medicare card were expired they didn't take her. She is 75 years old she really needs to see a doctor . Ridiculous ladies there is a form that you sign if Medical, Medicare or private insurance don't pay you are responsible for the rest. Be aware of this. Now I know why Dr Bautista don't have people. Reception is ridiculous. Took over 2 months to get the right appointment scheduled. Then they make you wait in reception for hours just to say they don't have the results yet.

Staff very helpful yes you have to wait a long time but that's all dr offices....

I've been seeing him for 28 years since I was born, he's a great doctor. So are his sons Juan, Luis, and Hector.

i am a 55 year old white female. i can honestly say he is and has been since my first visit with him one of the most thurrall doctors i have had. he's very good at listening and trying to understand all of my concerns. i had been trying to get into a pain management dr. for seven years and was told i was on a waitting list from my old primary care dr. i told him i would like him to refer me. i was given an appointment in less then a month and it has helped me alot.

Doctor very knowledgeable and explains thoroughly. At the time of my visit I was finishing up my fourth year of medical school. Presently in Chicago completing my internship and taking my USMLE. Thank you Dr. Bautista for your encouragement. Celia Beatriz Delao Flores.
