Dear Dr. Alemar, tho it seems like yesterday, it has been a year since my husband George Wald was fortunate enough to have found himself under your care, and because of your wonderfully kind, professional , guidance and treatment, his condition began improving day to day. He was pain free, his appetite had returned and his optimism happily returned. . Had it not been for the hemorrhagic stroke that finally took his life, I know he would still be boasting of his progress and of the doctor who gave him his life back. I , and my family owe you a final but long remembered thank you for the peace and comfort George had during his last days. And we will always remember the care and kindness you bestowed on us. Wonderful doctor!

Not the doctor we expected and hoped for. The results were tragic. Go to an NCI Facility!

Killed a family member in four months time. Ignored his peers recommendations, did not consult with others, and did not communicate options or plans with family. Complete fraud, quack, and phoney. Go to an NCI facility not this guy or this for profit company.

My husband is dying horrible of Pancreatic Cancer Stage 4. He found it out about this cancer in the middle of March 2020. He was seeing 2 oncologist at the beginning. Awhile ago, I made a not good choice to keep him only at Florida Cancer Specialist. At Florida Cancer Specialist he used to see Dr. Alemar. My husband also is early stage of dementia which many information he can not be processed and remembered after the appointment. Dr. Alemar because he is a germophobic, he did not allow me to go inside his office with my husband at the time of the appointment. He even care to call me to share critical medical information about my husband conditions. He took forever to prescribe a treatment for my husband, and because of that delay the cancer progressed so badly that now there isn't any more treatment available for my husband. My husband is suffering horribly and in hospice waiting for his time to die. Before arriving at hospice, he was at the hospital where Dr Alemar did visit him but did not care to share, inform, be honest and talk to me about my husband sickness. I found out that my husband has no more chance to survive this cancer and is about to die by the hospice nurse that made his admission from Mease Countryside Hospital to Sun Coast Hospice. If I could I would him zero star. For those with this kind of cancer seek help at Moffitt Cancer center. I regret big time not have done that move. I always have good experience with. Dr. Alemar, I am always able to go with my husband to appointments and Dr. Alemar is very careful with exams results and advice.

DR. Alemar has been very caring and effective. He always explains things, answers questions and the treatment he prescribed has brought my out of control platelet back into the normal range.

So very glad we have Dr. Alemar. Professional and compassionate. Explains everything in a way we understand. Was at Moffitt Cancer Center but switched. There is no one at Moffitt like Dr. Alemar. Highly recommend. .

Dr. Alemar is always uplifting and informative. He spends the time to explain progress and options. I never feel rushed when I visit Dr. Alemar.

Not the doctor or care we expected. Not knowledgeable outside of certain conditions. Does not communicate well the goals, protocol, or follow up. Go to an NCI facility.

Office staff are extremely rude and inefficient.

Dr Alemar has been both My husband’s & my oncologist for 6 years. He always totally explains our situations and his treatment/recommendations. He’s caring & compassionate, always and NEVER rushes or makes you feel as though he wants to hurry. We would NEVER go to anyone else

Caring doctor who explains your condition completely and clearly. He and the entire staff have helped me feel that they care about my condition.

Dr. Alemar has been my oncologist since 2008. I can't say enough about him. He is known as a real life Doogie Houser. He is kind. compassionate and understanding. He is also my husband's hemotologist. If you ar lucky enough to choose him for care, you are already a winne.

This is one EXTREMELY rude and arrogant man. . Do yourself or family an enormous favor and see a DIFFERENT doctor!

Dr. Alemar cured me of my late stage, triple negative breast cancer 11 years ago. Recently a friend was diagnosed with leukemia and I went with her to see her doctor. After we left, I told her we needed to go to Dr. Alemar. The difference between the two doctors is amazing. Dr. Alemar is so much better in every single way. She is so happy that I made the suggestion, and has so much more hope now. I pray he will cure her as well. Can't recommend him highly enough.

Dr. Alamar himself seemed nice and competent, but Florida Cancer specialists is like a huge impersonal factory. Initial scheduling process was completely confusing and handled incompetently by their staff. On my second visit I was stuck in a waiting room left there for over an hour with nobody coming to explain anything to me about the delay or when I would be seen. After an hour and a half I had to leave to go to another appointment and reschedule. Terrible impersonal clinic management!

Dr. Alemar and his staff have been an absolute godsend for my father and our family during his battle with cancer. He and his entire clinic have gone over and above anything we expected when it comes to accommodating us and treating my father. Dr. Alemar is extremely knowledgeable about the latest advancements and treats his patients with the best and most up-to-date treatments available! I have and will continue to recommend Dr. Alemar to anyone I know that is fighting cancer.

He is always considerate and spends time explaining everything. Never rushes. I see him once a month and I never have to wait. Of all the specialists I see, Dr Alemar is the best

Dr. Alemar was recommended to me by two of my physicians and I am 100% satisfied with him. He was extremely thorough and has a wonderful, concerned bedside manner. I would without question recommend Dr. Alemar to my family and friends and to anyone needing medical care for oncology and/or hematology conditions. The office staff was also very kind and efficient. I am thankful that I was referred to Dr. Alemar.

Stage 3B 8.5 x4.4cm Mass upper lung against the aorta, one breakaway lower mass, and in one lymph node. Very Serious condition, I heard of Dr Alemar through a friend of whom life was saved. Desperate for a caring Doctor and found him. 6/25/16 Cancer is gone, 7 months ago I thought I had little chance. God has his hand on Dr. Alemar. Most important is that when you are with him his attention is undivided he focuses on only you. He is never hurried and gets to your specific need. Thank You Doctor.
