Dr. Szpiro is incredible. Not only did I get instant relief of my foot pain that I had for 7 months under another Physcians care, but she was so informing and took the time to go over my diagnose . It’s rare to find a doctor with both qualities . In my opinion she is just the best. Her staff was great as well . Do NOT make an appointment here! The Staff scheduling appointments (Brianna) is so rude and prejudice! It is 2021 really surprised they treat Black people like this even today. One receptionist literally told me that was not her job and hang up on me when I told her I will be visiting BIMDC because she was being so rude. After I called back to speak to a supervisor and she chuckled! Not surprised! No worries I will take my co-pay and experience some where else. The office was very clean and I was seen right away without much waiting time. Dr. Sax was great at explaining everything and reassured me regarding my signs and symptoms.

Dr Sax is amazing! So personable, quick, and thorough. He made my visit as enjoyable as possible.

Was so excited to find a great podiatrist- Have had problems with my feet and toes for awhile- Tried a few others but none compared to Jordan & her team- she solved my problem with competence and compassion- a winning duo for sure. I highly recommend!

I had such an amazing experience at your office, i feel i really need to share and quite frankly shout from the rooftops! My wonderful experience started from the moment i called the office and spoke with Briannah she was both super pleasant and so knowledgeable regarding what I was looking for. (???? Elevens) i learned this that day???? She booked my appointment for a consult with the Amazing magical Miss Patrice!! As soon as i walked in the office for the appt Briannah greeted me, assisted me with the paperwork (i was so nervous) 1st timer! She introduced me to the magician who it turns out is also AMAZING and extremely gracious and kind. We consult she explains everything -she even asks "what would i like"? key words here for Botox... We begin and Briannah even stayed in the room the entire time knowing how scared i was???????? They took before/ after pictures and talked me through it all plus some. WOW I CAN NOT EVEN BEGIN TO TELL YOU HOW AMAZING I FEEL/LOOK❤And the treatment from both of these women was by far the best ever.. I will be spreading the word.. I went in for a visit due to a ankle injury and inner arch sprain and spoke to the doctor for 15 minutes and was billed $400. When i asked them for an outlined detailed explanation of the bill they refused. Terrible experience creating months of headache. Wish I never went

My first visit a number of years ago was with the Chief and she was great. Second visit two years ago was with another Podiatrist who totally misdiagnosed me and prescribed expensive creams for Fungus. Went to MGH Dermatology and was diagnosed correctly with Psoriasis. Third time I left before seeing anyone after sitting in the waiting room where ckerks sit chatting behind a very high counter out of sight of patients. No....I wouldn't return there. My experience with Dr Spziro has always been fantastic. The staff are helpful and Dr Spziro has truly made a difference in my health. I cannot praise them enough and recommend to all my friends and physicians.

I've had a great experience with Dr. Szpiro's office. From the first phone call making sure that I understand what was needed for a referral, to getting a prompt appointment. I was already a year into my foot pain and saw her for a second opinion. She acted fast on top of my prior treatments and I've seen improvement in a month.

I took the day off, had started a course of antibiotics and already took pain killers. Not only that, but they had the front desk call me and Dr Szpiro didn’t even take the time to call me directly. Dr. Jordan Szpiro is a great Podiatrist! She is incredibly knowledgeable and shares info in thoughtful kind way. She fixed my neuroma and it’s been years! Dr. Szpiro is wonderful. She is a Doctor who knows her field quite well. Dr. Szpiro is also a good diagnostician of foot issues. Highly recommend!

Went there today for the first time with my son and Dr.Szpiro and her team were outstanding. She took the time to explain in detail all the issues that we needed answers for. Starting a new treatment, left there very confident that we will see fast results.

Dr SzPiro is the GOAT Podiatrist! She's a very kind heart women! She asks how you're doing when she's removing your ingrown toe nail. I've been to other Podiatrists around the area. But none of them compare to Dr Szpiro. Her staff is always kind and makes you feel comfortable. I will continue to see her for foot issues. I encourage anyone who is dealing with foot issues or ingrown toe nail to see her. The first time you see her will make you want to come back just like me. “Don’t do it, it’s going to hurt, I’ve heard horror stories about that surgery.” These are sentiments from family and friends when I told them I was having foot surgery. Obviously, they have never heard about Boston Common Podiatry and Dr. Jordana Szpiro. Dr. Szpiro has been my doctor for about a year and half. She has offered solutions to my foot problems from least invasive to surgery. Unfortunately, I did end up needing surgery but being in her care, I wasn’t worried. From pre-surgery to post-surgery consultations, Dr. Szpiro was efficient and contemplative in her delivery. She was insistent on specific procedures I needed to follow throughout the process and at the same time, determined to provide the best care for my foot. I have never had surgery before. Dr. Szpiro explained what to expect and that is exactly what I got. I am so very glad I didn’t listen to the naysayers about foot surgery. The secretary is SUCH A RUDE PERSON. The doctor might be amazing but should FIRE HER.

I saw Dr. Szpiro three times for pain in my right arch earlier this year. Came away with a different diagnosis each time and a different treatment. None of Dr. Szpiro's treatments helped me feel any better and I'm still having trouble. Each of the three times I saw Dr. Szpiro she was running 20-30 minutes behind schedule and each time our visit felt very rushed. I didn't feel like I got a lot of specialized attention and found her a little difficult to talk to. I would not recommend Dr. Szpiro.

Dr Szpiro was really great as is her team. Francine helped me significantly when I was in a bind, and I'm very grateful for that.

Dr. Szpiro is a dedicate doctor. She takes time with her patients and listens to what they have to say. She started treating me for a wart that other doctor's weren't able to get rid of. Dr. Szpiro is an outstanding podiatrist, and her office sure is convenient! I was having heal pain and went in for a consultation not knowing what to expect. The good doctor took plenty of time to examine me and then gave me a very thorough explanation of the causes of my pain and what I could do about it. In the end, I settled on getting prescription orthotics and starting a stretching regimen. It did the trick. :) Dr. Szpiro is an outstanding podiatrist, and her office sure is convenient! I've had two appointments at Boston Common Podiatry with Dr. Szpiro, for a laser treatment. I found her exceptionally helpful, clear and friendly in discussing the treatment with me, what to expect, and the strengths and limitations of lasers. She invites questions and responds easily. I recommend her highly.
