Doc was very good, procedure went great.

I was made to feel very relaxed by the office staff. Courteous and kind! Dr Shef explained what was going on with my foot and the procedure went great! I would recommend this office to everyone!

Dr. Sheff was just wonderful and took me on time. His receptionist was the nicest most accommodating person ever her name was Keron. Office was very pretty and immaculate.

Dr Sheff and his staff are friendly, helpful and professional. They gave me an appointment in less than a week from my first call, and there was no wait when I arrived at the office. I'd happily recommend them.

I was attracted to this office because of numerous superlative reviews re Dr. Sheff PLUS his practice’s excellent, entertaining and informative website. The visit did not disappoint. Clear explanations, a thorough examination and careful attention to my worries resulted in what I expect will be the solution to plantar fasciitis. Walking is key to my happy, healthy life! I needed to see a podiatrist so I checked my insurance carriers website and saw that Dr Sheff had 5 stars! So I made my appointment. After that I found out that 2 of my neighbors are patients of Dr Sheff and highly recommended him. I had my 1st visit today. It was a pleasant, informative visit. Dr Sheff took the time to know his new patient and discussed different methods of treatment before he decided on how best to handle my issue. I am confident that I am in good hands. If you are looking for a foot doctor, Dr. Sheff is the guy to see. He is friendly and knowledgeable. He answers your questions in in an easy to understand manner. His office staff is great too. I highly recommend him.

The office was very welcoming, staff were efficient and friendly. Dr. Scheff was very personable, yet professional. He explained the various modes of treatment for correcting my problem. Dr. Sheff took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns - I didn't feel rushed as you do with some doctors. Such a pleasant experience, from the timeI called to book my appointment to meeting Rachel at the front desk and meeting Dr Schaffer. A great homey, comfortable office right off of Broadway with parking right in front of the office. I had an amazing visit with the Dr today. I have been dealing with a foot injury since early October. He diagnosed me and I now have a treatment plan. The office was clean and everyone was super friendly. I would highly recommend this practice.

Dr. Sheff has always been helpful resolving any foot issues our family has had over the years, most recently my 92-year-old mother. He listens, is patient and takes care to address any issues effectively.

Very pleasant, explained everything in detail, discussed options for treatment. Listened to my concerns and supported my decisions.

Great experience with Dr. Sheff & his office!! Handled my 13 year old daughter so well. Efficient, funny. Great experience!!!

Karen, Medical Receptionist, was very sweet, friendly, helpful and kind, she shared with me that she had worked for Dr. Sheff for 18 years. I loved that and you could feel the comradery of the office. Dr. Sheff was an extremely pleasant person. He explained every thing to me, gave me advise. I found Dr. Sheff very pleasant and very thorough in diagnosing my problem. I had seen two other doctors previously and Dr. Sheff was the only one that had me do a series of tasks before letting me know his diagnosis and what my options would be.

Dr. Sheff and his staff were friendly and efficient. Dr. Sheff was friendly and I felt that all my concerns were addressed. My prescription was sent in right away. A personal follow by Dr. Sheff was done within an hour. Highly recommend this office for any foot care needs.

Had a problem with ingrown toenails and a mild infection. Was given an appointment quickly, found on-line new patient registration easy to do, and experienced a very short wait time at the office. Dr. Sheff is very likeable and easy to talk to, patient, and understanding - extremely affable. He provided a quick and accurate diagnosis, immediate resolution of problem on the spot, painlessly, and I was appropriately set up for extended care. The office is conveniently located on a major street with parking close to the office, which has an accessible entrance with ramp. Reception was very friendly. Highly recommended.

I have had a couple issues with my feet and Dr Sheff has always solved my problems. Extremely knowledgeable and very personable. His bedside manner is the best. There is not a better doctor around. GO see him.

Well let me start with the Dr, He is excellent at his craft very understanding knowledgeable curtious I like him. BUT YES BUT what makes me give only a 1 Star is his office staff I have been a patient of Dr Sheefe for 5 years I have never be so humiliated in my life than today when the office witch was very rude inconsiderate horrible and useless. She told me that I was not in her system !!! I explained to her I have the same appointment every year ( which she set up ) and that I was called earlier to remind me ! She told me no no way because you were sent to collections from last years bill ( 675.99 ) for a routine visit !!!! I explained to her that there was a mistake and I had it straitened out she began to try to belittle me in HER office and the collection agency works with the patients I simply told her they wouldn't work with me and I also explained that a routine visit wouldn't have cost almost 700.00 and It was an issue and that's on top of my 50.00 co pay she told me " WHATEVER " like a little ignorant child She had no concern about hippa or my patients rights or my side of the story !!! My daughter had a foot problem and Dr Sheff helped her. She enjoyed going to his office a lot, even made him a craft afterwords. He is very nice.

Dr. Jordan Sheff has a delightful bedside manner and he is a truly caring and dedicated Podiatrist who was only too happy to answer any and all of my questions pertaining to my on-going case of Plantar Fasciitis on my right foot. I recently underwent an injection of amniotic stem cells in his office in order to heal this chronic overuse injury and the results thus far have been nothing short of amazing. My heel pain is already 90 percent gone. Thank you for your professionalism.

I went to this podiatry office mainly because the doctor uses the MLS laser to treat different foot ailments. I had a very positive first office visit with the doctor and Karen, the office manager. The doctor went above and beyond to listen to my concerns, was very kind, competent, and had great "beside manners". However, they hired a new receptionist, Rachel, who is extremely unprofessional and rude. She doesn't know how to be empathetic and is belligerent.

Dr. Sheff is an excellent doctor but unfortunately he has recently hired a new receptionist who treats patients with disrespect. I would avoid his office.
