I went to Dr Schwartzberg to have Mohs surgery on January 11th. After the surgery I went back to the office to several times due to swelling and oozing. Each time I was told all was normal in the healing process.. Finally on January 27 the doctor prescribed an antibiotic when he saw my condition. On February 3rd I was at PT when the wound starting and bleeding. I immediately went back to the office and was examined by Dr Schwartzberg. Again he said normal healing process re bandaged me and left. I was disturbed and made a decision to find a wound specialist. It turned that I went to the Delray Medical center they had a wound specialist. I was seen by the doctor that treated the wound. I was asked if the Dr Schwartzberg took a culture. I said no. They were surprised that a culture wasn’t done. The hospital took a culture. Today February 7th Delray hospital called me to inform me that I have an infection and need to be seen by an infectious disease doctor. This doctor should be in some way be examined for his practices by a medical authority. I was clearly mistreated after visiting the doctor at least six times after the surgery

Although Dr. Schwartzberg is a good doctor, his front office and billing department are disconnected from each other. For example, we were told that a simple experimental UV light treatment taking 2 min per visit would not cost us anything except the 2 minutes of time and travel to/from their office 2-3 times per week. My mother went for nearly 3 weeks in hopes of getting relief from Pfizer vaccine side effect of itching. Nearly a month after it was decided that this experimental procedure didn't work, Schwartzberg's billing office sent her a bill for more than $400 claiming that charges were for a newly constructed copay. What comes next depends on the desperation of Skin Institute's billing department to charge for something neither front office nor the doctor ever discussed. So, although the doctor is good, buyer beware for a corrupt billing department. Needless to say my mother isn't returning. Have been a patient of Dr. Schwartzberg for 15 years. He is the best and I highly recommend him!

I have seen Dr. Schwartzberg for a few different issues over the last few years, and I am very pleased. He is very professional, thorough, and does an excellent job of doing what is needed. I highly recommend this office.

staff is awesome, super quick and seems to really know how to manage their practice. Doctor who helped me (not Dr. Schwartzberg but I cannot recall his name) is awesome and such a cool guy. great office and staff!

I would highly recommend Dr :Schwartzberg and his professional, knowledge staff. They are an awesome team and work together excellently. Dr diagnosed the issues, took a biopsy and treated my husband for mohs surgery on his leg and pre cancerous areas on his face. The surgery went well. Sutured, bandaged and given instructions to follow. Dr himself even called the next day to find out how he was doing. From first visit to last, the care and experience was above and beyond. Can’t say enough about how wonderful we were treated. Truly cared for and made us feel like family. Skilled surgeon. This practice is extremely helpful, courteous, knowledgeable & professional. Dr. Schwartzberg and his staff are top notch!!! I had a procedure done and it was painless during and after the treatment . Dr. Schwartzberg is a true artist who also takes the time to listen and care. The Boca Raton Skin Institute is a super clean comfortable facility. Don't waste your time on these imbeciles. Doctor took three biopsy said he'd get back to me in 10 days, it took them 21 day to call me, he got the report in only 7 days. Had me come in for light box treatment three times a week. The first treatment was 56 seconds the 6th was 1min 30seconds in all this time he never came to see how I was progressing, These guys are only interested your money, what a waste, so I left and got a new Doctor

Absolutely Wonderful. I was an office manager for a dermatologist in NY .. on Long Island ... so I know what to look for in a dermatologist. Dr. Schwartzberg and his staff are caring. Your phone calls are answered promptly. Thorough body check performed, caring, friendly.

Dr. Schwartzberg is a very skilled surgeon and Dermatologist. He has performed several MOHS surgeries on my face and head with outstanding results, both medically and cosmetically. Being 73 years of age and a petri dish for skin cancer I am a frequent visitor to his office and I recommend him and his incredible staff highly.

Doctor FAILED to diagnose my common skin condition after over a dozen office visits and biopsies. Treatments ineffective.

I am a current patient of Dr. Eric Bussear, he is very professional and compassionate with his patients, I been suffering from hormonal acne since I had my baby and he has not give up in my skin until we find a solution, he is a great doctor and I would highly recommend him.

I made an emergency same-day appt and they saw me promptly. Everyone was very nice and professional. I saw the PA, Eric and he had a great bed-side manner. I would absolutely recommend this office!

Dr. Schwartzberg is a very kind and caring dermatologist. Both my husband and I have been seeing him for several years, and have never had a bad experience. Just recently, Dr. Schwartzberg performed Mohs surgery on my cheek. I was naturally very anxious, but he was very reassuring and gentle during the procedure. He is also an excellent physician with top notch credentials, as well as board certification. His medical assistants are also well qualified and are equally kind and caring.
