Went there for our first appoinment. which I had to talk to my daughter about for a month before she was comfortable with the idea of going. When the nurse comes out and proceeds to say right in front if my daughter they will be ousting the security blanket to strap her down. Obviously my kid was terrified and never made it into the chair. So after a month of convincing my daughter the dentist isn't a terrible place I called to schedule a new appointment. And was told I would have to write a letter to the dentist asking to come back to her clinic since I was unhappy the first time. I mean really?!!! If anything they should of wrote me a letter apologizing for traumatizing my daughter in the first min of her appointment. This place has left a terrible taste in my mouth and the fact that they supposedly are specialist when dealing with children is an absolute joke!
