If I could rate this place with negative stars I definitely would! By far the rudest receptionist I’ve ever had the displeasure of speaking with. Called to ask about a bill that was wrongfully sent to me and she didn’t want to hear it and had a horrible attitude. She hung up on me and when I tried calling back to resolve the issue she was mocking me asking me if I was crying. Not quite sure what was wrong with her but it’s concerning that she actually holds a job dealing with people. I even tried leaving a message and she picked up and hung up on me. This lady wouldn’t let me speak to anyone else and she wouldn’t give me her name. Definitely going in there first thing tomorrow morning. Dr. White has always been very thorough, gentle, kind and patient with me. I recommend him thoroughly, especially for people who have dentistry fear.
