The staff was running behind. My appointment was scheduled for 9:30AM but I didn't see the doctor until 10:25AM. I spent most of my time waiting in the reception area and even longer in the exam room. The eye tech was not very friendly and it seemed to me that I was a bother rather than a patient. I saw the eye doc for about 5 minutes and my exam was coded as A LONG EXAM (diabetic check). If that was a long check, what is a short check??? Upon check out, the check out person was eating at the reception desk and I had to wait until she was finished chewing her snack. Very unprofessional. I will likely not return to the HdG office.
I have had numerous eye infections over the past 5 years. Whenever I call the staff does everything possible to get me in the same day. They are always pleasant and accommodating. Dr. Seindenberg has always told me exactly what type of infection I had and gave me the correct medication to clear up my eyes as quickly as possible. Couldn’t ask for a more knowledgeable or friendlier doctor.
I have been to see Dr. Seidenberg several times for glaucoma, and I find him to be very knowledgeable, kind, helpful with the appropriate time spent with you. The visit is not rushed at all. He even helped me on with my coat one time. Great doctor.

Office wait times have always been long. Today they were beyond excessive and I left and found another doctor. If your time is important to you, consider going somewhere else!
