This practice is truly outstanding. I can't say enough good things about them. As a traveler to Vail, on my arrival day I ended up with an eye emergency. The front desk staff were attentive and helpful and thankfully the practice was able to fit me in. The technicians were first-rate. Dr. Owens was a stellar example of a doctor that cares about people. They did thorough tests with very modern equipment and then Dr. Owens explained everything to me in great detail without rushing or making me sense that I was a 'walk in.' These people were wonderful! Professional and kind. Willing to help a person in need, even though I wasn't a local resident. This practice is everything you want in an optical care facility. Thank you all!
