Everyone was friendly. Theo office was welcoming and the hygienist and dentist were thorough and explained procedures clearly.

Dr. Mengert is awesome! He’s so nice and positive, Always a pleasure. Same with his staff, just a great office to visit.

The person that cleaned my teeth today was great. She was experienced and knew what she was doing. I’m so happy that she cleaned my teeth and I know I’m in good hands knowing she’s gonna be my hygienist. She did such an amazing job on my teeth and well informed w/ me. She’s a keeper!

This was my second visit to have my teeth cleaned. From the minute I walked through the front door everyone I encountered was very friendly and professional. My Dental Hygienist was great, doing a thorough mouth and gum examination. The cleaning part itself was painless. After the cleaning Dr Judd reviewed the x rays, did a mouth examination and discussed what he saw with me pointing out those things that we will need to keep an eye on. Overall it was the kind of experience that leaves you confident that your dentist is looking out for your well being.

Been going to Dr Mengert for about 17 yrs and was completely satisfied until about 3 yrs ago. Had the same hygienist for most of those years , now a different girl each visit. My last visit hygienist seemed cranky and was really rough with her hands and tools. While I still like Dr Mengert the rest of the staff is sub par at best. Very caring and professional staff, from the moment you walk in the door.

I really appreciate how quickly I get in if I have an urgent matter. I like how we could discuss and decide on my treatment and have it performed in the same day (crown for broken tooth). I had a very bad experience in my teens with a dentist and was afraid to have anything, even cleanings done until I met with this office. I like the email messages for reminders of upcoming appointments or if I call while they're out of office they message when they'll be available or where/who to call for an emergency. Great Office! Even though I was there for something expensive and uncomfortable, the appointment was easy. Great care was taken to make sure my treatment was perfect. The entire team is polite and professional. I am very impressed on all levels. Best Dentist I’ve visited yet

We have been with this practice since 1990s. Dr Creigh House & Dr Jim Mengert built a wonderful place. Our new hygienist, Ronnie is that rare Spokane native who left 25 yrs ago & I’m grateful she’s come back!! Michelle is the BEST Dental insurance guru in town!

Dr. Mengert is the best Dentist ever! I’ve been going to him for nearly 20 years and cannot recall anything but a positive experience from his treatments. He is a master of his craft and it shows. Thank you Dr. Mengert.

I am a newer patient to this office and couldn’t be more happy! I have spent majority of my life being absolutely terrified of anything dental and here I have absolutely nothing to be afraid of. Dr. Judd and Mengert are not only first class dentists, but first class people too. The same goes for Mikal, Grace, and the rest of the crew there! The whole team makes you feel like family. I highly recommend!

When you walk in the office, you're greeted warmly with friendly staff and a warm fireplace. The office staff are super sweet and the hygienists are highly skilled. Dr. Judd is efficient and knowledgeable which always eases my nerves. I love my neighborhood dentist! Thanks guys ☺️

Saw Dr. Mengert almost immediately, was diagnosed fast, given prescription for antibiotics, as well as a referral to an endodontist.
