Dr. Jonathan P Hubbard

What a joke of a doctor and what a joke of a staff and business. I've given this place and doctor several chances to provide for my care and each time I have gone in it's been uncomfortable and untrustworthy. Dr. Hubbard has made me feel like I'm inconveniencing him when I come for my appointments and digs for things to bill out on insurance rather than care for what I came in for. When I received my bill in the mail I called to have it explained to me and the explanation they gave me was about something I NEVER talked with the doctor about. They billed my insurance and expect me to pay for a service I did not receive. It has been over a month trying to get this bill taken care of and every time I try to call the office I get transferred to someone else to take care of it. The first call they told me they'd send the request to the office manager. Three weeks later I hadn't heard anything so I called back. I left a message with the office manager, who doesn't have enough decency to return a call when the front receptionist says, "He always returns calls." Tried to call another department a week later to get this bill taken care of and again, was transferred to someone else who said they couldn't help me without approval from the office manager. Was told by that person that the initial request was never sent through, but they'd talk to the office manager to get it taken care of. We'll see if it actually happens or if I have to wait another three weeks before I end up calling back myself. It seems like no one at this place has any clue what department they're working in. It's unfortunate that I have to leave at least one star because this place doesn't even deserve that.

His office told me to come in and see him to treat mouth infection and tooth abscess pain, as my dentist keeps rescheduling. When i got there his nurse said he wont even look at me. He just said to go to a dentist. So he wasted my time. Made me get out of bed in excruciating pain. And didnt even help. Go to Jeff Winger in the same office. Hes much better.

Dr. Hubbard is a fantastic Doctor. He is very friendly and always respectful. I live in Cedar City and drive to St. George to see him. He always answers all of my questions and addresses all of my concerns. I often recommend others to see him.

I would not suggest Dr. Hubbard as a family health physician. His P.A. Tom Bean, on the other hand, I would. When Dr. Hubbard was on call for Tom Bean he would not call in eardrops for my 12 year old son, who was in excruciating pain, and just said to bring him back into the office if it gets worse! My son had previously been in to visit Tom Bean two days prior and was on an antibiotic. I will not go to a Dr. or suggest a Dr. to my friends or family who is not compassionate to his patients.
