My 89 year old husband had an appointment in Mequon last week. Every chair in the waiting room was filled. The average wait time was OVER two and 1/2 hours and the temperature in the room was FREEZING! I cannot believe there was such a disregard of the time and comfort of the patients. I am certain that none of the professional staff in the office would put up with this treatment and disrespect. I feel that the scheduling and confort of your patients needs to be re-addressed. Had a detached retina (which I had never heard of before) and was recommended to see Dr Hershey. He was able to see me within a day and scheduled surgery for that evening. Everything was explained in detail about what had happened, surgery and recovery. To me, he is my hero .... he saved my eye site out of my left eye!

Takes his time with patients. Highly knowledgeable in his field. Great bedside manners. Helpful, willing to work with you. Listens to your concerns and input. Can't say enough about him. Been seeing him for 15 years! Not one complaint.
