Dr Grenoble is fantastic. Been seeing him over 20 years now. Won't change that. Other doctors there come off as hasty and too fast. Dr. G takes his time and if you ask him to slow down he will. He has squeezed people in on his lunch break, when most refuse. I can call him anytime and email him if I have a serious emergency and I can't get through the main number. That area is what needs a revamping. Secretaries are great but the system is garbage. There is too much madness to the method. Each phone call should be sorted by doctor (think Berkshire Orthopedic). I wish they'd hire me to revamp it. Lol. But anyways Dr G is great, I am not a fan of others but I am use to seeing him, so anyone else messes me up. Dr Grenoble is fantastic. Dr. Grenoble is good. If you ask him questions he will answer them clearly and concisely. He's not going to waste a lot of time beating around the bush, because he's a good family doctor who knows his stuff. It might be interpreted as "quick" but his judgment is great. Can't comment on anyone else in the practice as I've only seen Dr. Grenoble. They offered for me to see the nurse for my physical but I went with the doctor because I trust him and had done my previous physicals with him. Dr. Grenoble is good. This guy will give you ten minutes, if you're lucky. Can't get out of the room fast enough. But he always has time for a snarky put-down. And for some reason the office cannot maintain accurate medical records--never have my actual medication list correct, despite finally getting a clue and connecting to the local health system. Women who work the front are another issue altogether--rude, incompetent. Doc throws darts at a board to diagnose the cause of ailments. Seems to have no familiarity with my medical history. I've been putting up with this for years, but there's nowhere else to go. Doctors amazingly don't seem to get the idea that when people come to them, they just might be in pain/distress/discomfort, but if you indicate that, you must be the problem--not their inability to help you. Excellent doctor, me and my family have been with Jonathan Grenoble for at least 25 yrs. Good man he is... ????????

Been waiting since Friday morning for a MRI appointment for muscle deterioration in my neck and back, still hasn’t been set up. Only takes a few minutes to do. Highly incompetent office staff and only care about the money, could care less about patients.

My wife, on average, waits approximately 1 hour AFTER her scheduled meeting time, and sometimes doesn’t even see her doctor. A few times she has actually waited so long they’ve sent her home, and asked HER to reschedule. Their receptionists are horrible at their jobs and clearly don’t learn from their repeated mistakes.

Been going to Dr. Grenoble for a longtime, fantastic doctor.
