Zero stars if I could. Dr Johnathan Keith Delson could not care any less about my mental heath if he tried. He was not even remotely interested in learning about my state of mental concern. Instead, he coldly prints out a paper with a phone number to Kaiser’s Mental Health Dept,, hands it to me and said “you don’t need a referral from me, you can just call them direct”, and rushes me out of his office as if I wasted his time. Dr Mass from MHS suggested I dump Delson and find a GP who actually cares and takes my mental health seriously. Dr Delson is a contributor to the problems in healthcare today, in my opinion. And he must change his practices to reflect otherwise, or leave his practice all-together to allow healing to our mental health concerns that society is facing today.. Zero stars if I could. The first "Primary Care" Dr I have had in 30 years at Kaiser that I have actually met. (I rarely go to the Dr's so they have all left before I met them)! I thought he was excellent and I definitely will request him. Can't see any tradin why anyone would give him only three stars. He was first class. They must have been having bad days outwith their experience at the hospital.
