Love Dr. DAITCH! He works with you to find the source of your pain. He does not rush and is very detailed and professional.

Terrible staff. Lots of turnover of doctors and PA’s. Constantly moving appointments. Most pharmacies will not honor their scripts because past legal impropriety. Steer clear of office manager Jennifer. She is punitive to patients.

Everything seemed fine but when the PA left me in the exam room for 45 minutes I started to think someone forgot me so I poked out and ask if they did and was told the Dr was running late and I’d be waiting another 1/2 hr. This was ok BUT I feel the staff should have came in and kept me in the loop instead of having conversations right outside my door and totally ignored the fact I was in that room for over one hr

I feel the care and compassion has negatively changed in general

The care and support I received from the entire staff was so comforting, from check in to leaving. I was a nervous wreck for the procedure about to be done and they were so kind and calmed my nerves. Waited in exam room for Dr you long - about 20min. Staff was very friendly, caring & efficient. I've been coming here for several years & have always been treated with respect & professionalism.

Absolutely wonderful care. Gave me Dr’s cell phone number in case I had problems-who does that any more?!?! Had this procedure 15 years ago in Ohio and this FAR surpassed that and I was satisfied with that experience. I just didn’t know what I was missing!

It was my first visit but the receptionist’s were friendly and the office was clean. The nurse assistant was helpful and the nurse was polite. Dr. Daitch got right down to business and got things moving so we can find out for sure what’s going on.

I have been seeing Dr. Daitch and Associates since around 2016. I can say I have never had a bad experience here. Everyone from the front desk, the nurses, and doctors have all been professional, knowledgeable and caring each time I am seen ( 6-12+ times a year for 6+) I would 100% recommend Dr Daitch and staff to anyone struggling with chronic and severe pain issues.

My only issue has been trying to get ahold of the team to ask questions. However, Dr. Dietsch is the type of surgeon/ physician that is brilliant, and you want him doing your injections for pain relief, but his bedside manner can be hard to adjust to. Stick it out, though, because he has your health and best interest at heart and is a brilliant doctor. His team is truly amazing and kind, and a true level of great service is given after every procedure.

The entire office visit was FANTASTIC! Dr Daitch did an Intracept procedure on me & I went from pain level 8 to a 0!! I’ve had a MILD procedure here previous to that & it was equally effective. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone with back pain!

I have been going to Dr. Daitch for about 2 years. My last procedure so far has finally relieved of my pain in the lower back. A pain that I have had for nearly 40 years. To be able to stand for more than 5 minutes has been without having to sit down is blessing I have dreamed of for quite some time. Just last night I was able to take a shower and stand the whole time without having to sit down in my chair. I can now walk around the block and not have to sit down. I can't wait to get my strength back up to be able to extend my walks. Dr. Daitch has always listened to my concerns and always proceeded with care.

From the time I walked in to the time I left the staff was excellent. They made me feel calm when I was nervous so I would recommend this place to anyone who has pain issues.

Everyone was great to work with. Therapists were very knowledgeable, helpful, and able to adapt therapy to how you’re feeling that day. It was a great experience.

Very friendly staff. Dr. Daitch spent more than enough time listening and discussing the prognosis for my cervical disc extrusion. The planned epidural injections were explained very detailed and I was advised to stop anti inflammatory drugs while in his care. He prescribed an alternative pain reliever. I felt important as a patient.

Dr Daitch’s nurses/nursing staff are absolutely top notch. Compassionate and not frightened off by the hysterical antics i provide them with in the procedure room. Somehow they manage to keep me as calm as possible and keep me informed about the progress of my procedure. I’ve been twice for epidural injections in my back for scoliosis pain by Dr Daitch. He confirms prior to procedure your type of pain, when and where it occurs and what specifically causes the most pain. He marks the area to be injected prior to me going into the procedure room. He makes every attempt to be swift with his work, but I can tell he is thorough making sure he completes his task at hand. His staff appear to enjoy Dr. Daitch’s presence and speak easily to him. The atmosphere is relaxed, friendly and even jovial.

Dr. Daitch and his staff are excellent. It’s a caring practice with amazing expertise and great solutions for non-drug pain treatment plans, which I appreciate. Dr. Daitch also enjoys his job and takes time with his patients. Thank you!

I had spinal ablation done. When the procedure was explained in the office, I was told I “ won’t need anesthesia.” I was not given the choice to have or decline it. The needles used were larger than ones used for the nerve branch blocks, therefore It Was Very Painful. Two staff with me had to hold me down on the table. The pain was nearly unbearable; I was crying & sweating; and a stress ball was supposed to help! I’m very upset this was not explained; I would have opted for sedation. I have good insurance, but would have self paid, but again not discussed. Provide a better explanation & choices Dr Daitch.

Sorry to say. But it took. Too long. Had 1030 appointment and never left till. Almost 1200.
