Dr. Cooper is a great doctor. He is courteous and helpful. He answered all our questions and even made us laugh. Wouldn't think to see any other ENT.

They are trick , day time robbery

Very unprofessional office. They don’t even answer the phone! On hold 15 minutes twice until they picked up. Doctor did not solve problem. Won’t be going back.

Dr Cooper seemed like a nice man but very stretched for time as he seems to be way overbooked. Suffering from BPPV for last couple of months I was able to make an apt with Dr. Cooper next day after seeing my primary physician. I was surprised to get the apt next day but not surprised to find waiting room with standing room only and with the pandemic made me a little uneasy. The receptionist was less than helpful and after waiting 40 min to see Dr. Cooper he had no time for small talk and after hearing about my situation instantly rushed me to the check out counter and informed me his physical therapy team would soon be in touch with me as he did not perform the Epley Manuever regularly and they would get back to me as the deal with it on a daily basis. I was a little disappointed as I was hoping finally for some relief but understood maybe my situation wasn't an emergency so I left after confirming my phone # with the receptionist and I anxiously waited for help. STILL WAITING??!!!!

Dr. Cooper is excellent ENT ! He did checked me due to tinnitus as well as snoring asleep . He runs a test for audiologists and removed my big earwax in my right ears . He explains things about what he found out. I definitely recommended him to any of my family and friends to go with him.

I have seen Dr. Cooper many times in the last 20 years. He is an excellent and very experienced doctor, which at the end is what really counts. I have been in for many reasons and he has always fixed it. Recommend A+++

Super unprofessional! Called to get a prescription refill yesterday morning, didn’t hear back, called again this morning and left a voicemail, nothing. Instead of calling me back saying It couldn’t be done because I needed to see the doctor they chose not to! I understand the doctor is out of town but someone should have called me back so that I can either see another doctor or go elsewhere. Super unprofessional! WORST 2 MINUTES EXPERIENCE EVER @ DR. COOPER'S OFFICE. HE WAS VERY RUDE

Worst dr ever.. how ignorant !! So arrogant. So unprofessional. For my all question he has only one answer “I don’t know”. Then what do u actually know?? I can say so many thing about him. But he doesn’t worth that time. So in short, Don’t waste your time. I ended up changing my ENT. Dr vijaykumar zaveri is now my ENT.

He went for the easy session and stuck to the "It's allergies" to move on quickly. I basically had to keep him from going to his next appointment by asking questions because he would not address or explain some of my symptoms. Will not come back to the "follow-up"

Such a bad experience. Appointment was at 3 pm and people with appointments at 3:15 pm went first than my appointment. What is the point of making an appointment if walk ins are first? Too DRY for me ! Does not even ley you speak ! Not a big deal as an ENT neither

Dr Cooper is the Worst ENT dr alive! He cut my salvery gland during a simple surgery & I have been Suffering since! He has no right to use the name doctor! Stay Far Far Away from this quack! He doesn’t care about his patients & avoids them when he makes a mistake!! Took him 5 days before he admitted to me he cut my gland, & I am pouring salvia out of the gland in the back of my Left ear! Go anywhere else but please don’t go to a Jonathan Cooper!!!!! He does not even receive any star to his name!

AVOID WORST

The doctors at this office called to tell me my diagnosis over the phone. Offered no information as to what it was or answer any questions that I had. They were in a rush to hang up and send me off to physical therapy. Not a great experience at all.

The most arrogant obnoxious man I have met, my daughter is still in pain from an unnecessary surgical biopsy he performed. One thst could have been ruled out with a blood test.

very disappointed Dr. Cooper diagnosed me with thyroid cancer. After removing them with nodules, he told me that the results came back negative and that I would not need treatment because he had removed all the cancer. A month after my surgery I went to the ER because of a great pain. There they made me a contrast CT and it turned out that I have a metastasis. When I went to a second opinion they told me that I had to have surgery again because Dr. got the wrong nodules leaving the bad one. Very disappointed with my initial consultation with Dr. Cooper which took all of 5 minutes tops and got me dismissed with a Flonase prescription. Imagine my surprise just 2 weeks later that a dentist recommended I be evaluated by an ENT for a deviated septum and a polyp. This should've been discovered during my visit with Dr. Cooper had he given me thorough exam. Staff was awesome. Going to a specialist means you depend on them for somekind of explanation. Not that "its part of getting old'. Not being able to swallow or even choling on water, seems out of the ordinary......so as we get old we should expect to choke?

Dr Cooper is amazing but the girls in the office are HORRIBLE!!! I’ve had several bad experiences with them and will be transferring to a different doctor based on their lack of organization,lack of attention to detail and lack of sending orders and prescriptions on time. Avoid

Prior to coming to this office I had terrible airflow through my nasal passageway, and it was something I decided needed to get fixed. Dr. Lewis performed a Septoplasty. Turbinate Reduction, and Latera implant surgery on me. After healing up I can say I am not completely satisfied with the surgery. My left nasal passageway is remarkably better and I have no complaints. My right nasal passageway still leaves much to be desired and there is a significant difference between each nostril. Enough so that mucus does tend to build in that nostril, and it feels as if the problem has only changed. Dr. Lewis seems like a great guy who did have my best interest in mind, but the fact that this office only performs Septoplastys and NOT Rhinoplastys does seem to be a conflict of interest. Either the surgery was not quite completed correctly, or the issue was misdiagnosed as you should really never have to conduct multiple surgeries for a nasal airflow issue. So in that sense I was greatly disappointed. Dr. Lewis has now referred me to a surgeon who conducts Rhinoplastys, as that was his advice for fixing the remaining problem. My surgical coordinator Christina was also not the most organized with my documents and relaying important pre op information to me regarding blood work. We actually got "into it" over the phone at one point with her raising her voice at me and insinuating I had lost information. Wasn't happy about the professionalism in dealing with her throughout the process. All in all the conflict of interest seems to great for me to recommend. If they think you might need a Rhino, but a Septo can probably fix it, they might just do it. You may not be satisfied. I absolutely love Dr Cooper, his colleagues, and the staff. The appointments were on time, at least in my experience. My husband went in for sleep apnea and had a tonsillectomy and a UPPP. The surgery was a bit to handle in itself but Dr. Cooper performed a very clean surgery. My husband had no infections. Dr. Cooper explained the recovery process. The doctors that were on call were very helpful. Since the surgery, my husband has been sleeping well without any snoring, his breath is no longer rancid, and will be doing a follow-up sleep study to confirm the surgery was a successful treatment. Many thanks to Dr. Cooper and everyone who was helpful!!! I absolutely love Dr Cooper, his colleagues, and the staff. The appointments were on time, at least in my experience. Our 15 year-old son is a freshman in high school now. As a baby, he was plagued with double ear infections from 9 months-24 months of age. He was on antibiotics for most of this time. He couldn't sleep, (nor could I), due to his chronic pain. We were constantly in the pediatrician's office. It was an awful, stressful and exhausting cycle which affected our entire family life for almost 1 1/2 years. Finally, his pediatrician recommended a specialist (we needed a referral with our insurance plan). We did our research and chose Dr. Cooper. What a blessing he and his staff was!!!! We scheduled his surgery, after Dr. Cooper's very comprehensive examination and one last ear infection. The morning of surgery, I was relieved and hopeful to finally have some relief for our son. My husband was very anxious about the general anesthesia...but, the doctor/staff assured him that surgery would be over quickly and they were all extremely compassionate. Within 30 minutes, we were reunited with our son. He was in no pain and ready to go home to play as soon as he woke up. He has never had another earache again...not one, until this past Friday. After showering, he felt like his ear was clogged and inserted a Q-tip in his ear too far. I took him to his pediatrician after school. She irrigated his ear with a peroxide/warm water mixture, removing some wax. She said everything looked clear, only a wet eardrum was visible. Later that evening he was in moderate pain. The next morning he awoke in severe pain, and because it was Saturday, I took him to the local Urgent Care. After seeing another doctor, he was diagnosed with "swimmers ear", an external ear infection. He has been in excruciating pain for over 24 hours now. He has had a 101.6-102.7 fever, chills and the only thing that is helping is pain medication. Although it's Sunday morning, and we haven't seen Dr. Cooper in over 13 years...I called his office this morning. I honestly didn't want to wait until Monday morning...the pain/fever has been very concerning. The doctor "on call" called me back immediately. I explained my situation thoroughly. Afterwards, he said that he was calling in a different ear drop and antibiotic that would be more effective. Also, recommended that I schedule an appointment with Dr. Cooper, first thing in the morning. What an AMAZING and COMPASSIONATE staff of doctors!! I will NEVER go to anyone else for an ear-related issue again. They are truly the best and most qualified professionals in their field. I wish I would have called them first. My only complaint, wait time. I had chronic ear infections all my life leading to deafness in one ear. He is very honest. He gave options and ended up referring me to neurological surgeon who reconstructed my inner ear with a silver impregnated plastic support. It's been 3 years and I have not had a single problem (other than wax) since. Other than that I enjoy the quick examinations and his wit.

Have been suffering with chronic sinus issues for years. Dr. Cooper recommended a course of treatment that was different from what I had heard in the past. It worked wonders. I am feeling about 100% better than before. Would highly recommend him to anyone! The only negative is that the office staff is a little curt and abrasive. They really are not friendly at all. Efficient yes, friendly NOT!

Great doctor and compassionate.

After a 2 hr wait, his exam was extraordinarily cursory-the quickest I have ever encountered. Initially I was ok with that because he seemed sure of the problem and that the medication definitely would clear up my problem quickly and allow me to fly to my daughter's graduation- told me no way he would allow me to miss it. When I called him and left the message that I was no better neither he nor any of his staff called me back. 2 weeks the receptionist left a message that they were checking up.

Horrible! Visited Mr. Cooper because I was having an abnormal discomfort feeling in my left ear. He nearly looked at me for 2 minutes and diagnosed me with an environmental allergy. I tried explaining to him my concerns but nope he couldn't get out of the room any quicker. Spoke to me as if I didn't know anything. A week later I went to see another doctor as the discomfort got worse and I ended up having a sever ear infection the whole time. AVOID THIS DOCTOR!

I was very disappointed with Dr. Cooper. Terrible bedside manner bordering on abrasive and rude. He barely made eye contact, was quick to diagnose before listening to the host of issues from the patient's (baby) mother. Perhaps he was also in a hurry. Overall it was a negative experience and I would not recommend Dr. Cooper to another family.

Dr Cooper made me feel that my symptoms were all in my head. Terrible bedside manner. The second time I went in to see him with the same issue - he told me I had nothing before he even bothered to check me - he had no problem charging me for the office visit. Never again!!!!

Dr. Cooper is the best! He has been taking care of our family for many years. Everything from deviated septum surgeries, its nice to be able to breathe again, to ear aches with our children. We have also had the pleasure of referring countless friends and family who all are thankful to have a great ENT doctor to be able to depend on.
