My boys were referred to Dr. Buttram & he was very thorough & polite, he helped me really understand our results & had significant results after a short time. The staff are always so personable & accommodating! 10 out of 10!

Dr. Buttram and his office on HWY 271 in Tyler, are all absolutely amazing. From the sign in desk to his nursing staff and of course, Dr. Buttram himself. He will listen to all your problems, and then talk to you not at you. He will tell you how it is. He will walk you through the steps and make you feel like you matter. He helped me understand everything that needed to be done, what didn't need to be done, what meds he was going to put me on and why, and he answers my chart messages, and his office will always call you back. Just make sure you call his office's direct line, because for some reason if you call the main clinic line, you might get sent somewhere else,

Have to wait awhile in waiting room and when you get back to a room you wait awhile,Then it takes about 15 to 20 with the doctor who has a humorous side which is refreshing and then your on your way until next time.

Dr. Buttram has always listened to my concerns and has been very helpful in almost completely eliminating my allergy symptoms.

While Dr Butram was VERY polite and seemed like a great man, he struggled to listen to my concerns. He blew off my symptoms with a diagnosis of acid reflux….. something that I definitely didn’t come to him about. After multiple second opinions and an oncologist, come to found out I actually do have an autoimmune disorder. The kicker is that Dr butram ran blood work that SUGGESTED this said autoimmune disorder…. But didn’t address it in our following appts. Very disappointed- waste of money and time. My UT bill is now $700+ for blood work that wasn’t even addressed. I just happened to find my My Chart results and using the info I received from my oncologist, I’ve come to found out about my autoimmune disease. Dr. Buttram is a fantastic doctor and that is hard to find these days. I can’t say enough great things about his staff either! The nurses are awesome and the people at the desk are kind and courteous. All around very thankful to have found Dr. Buttram and his wonderful staff. Highly recommend for any allergy/immunology needs!

Dr. Buttram is very understanding and always takes time to make you feel comfortable about the problem that you are having. His staff is 2nd to NONE... and go out of their way to help. I would recommend this practice to anyone!!

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Dr.Buttram is very attentive, very personable and a thorough and excellent doctor.

He is kind and courteous. He never belittles any questions we ask, he always takes his time explaining things.

Dr. Buttram’s office is amazing, from the check in gal, to the nurses, to Dr. Buttram himself. I had an amazing experience with them. I did have a bit of a wait, but once I was back there it made it worth it. Both the doctor and the nurse were very thorough with their questions, and Dr. Buttram offered so many solutions to the allergy problems I was having. He was extremely knowledgeable, very kind, and made me feel like I was his only patient on the agenda for the day. Highly recommend him for any allergy needs for anyone from 1-100!

HE WAS GREAT WITH MY BOYS AGE 7 & 4YRS OLD AND REFERRED HIM TO MY UNCLE WHO IS OVER 60. HE HAD A VERY GOOD IMPRESSION OF HIM.

Dr. Buttram has been great! My 5 year old son has severe food allergies and seasonal allergies along with it. He has been a great advocate for my son's health alongside us. We are so happy with our care from Dr. Buttram and his team. We started out at another provider's office in Tyler and we were not impressed to say the least. We are much happier now! He is honest and kind! I did not feel like my son needed to see a specialist. His allergy is mild. His Pediatrician Referred Him to Dr.Buttram. Dr.Buttram agreed that his allergy is mild and currently did not need a prescription. He said " Would it be easier to pay all my light bills every month if I run a bunch of tests? yes , but I honestly don't feel like that is the right thing to do." He told me I could treat my son's allergy from home. I believe Most doctors would have ran tests anyway just to make some money. I would Definitely recommend Dr.Buttram to others. I recently had an Appointment for my 8 month old daughter who has had a few problems since she was born. Dr. Buttram was so nice and professional. He introduced himself, sat down with us and listened to my concerns. He did lab work and we had our results the next day. He explained things very well and gave us his suspicions. We had a plan of action at the end of the visit and we left feeling great. His nurses are very friendly and really easy to talk to as well. The clinic is very easy to get to and very convenient. Nursing staff, Dr. Buttram, and Dr. Cooper all acted with disregard for me as a patient. I could not believe the conduct of the staff other than the kind receptionist and the nurse whom checked me in. I heard them very clearly speaking about me mocking my reasoning for even being here in the hallway. He IMMEDIATLEY sits down and tells me he's not sure the reason I'm here and that there wasn't anything he could do in his office. I asked if he was refusing to test for any allergens. He said "yes."
