Caring and intelligent. My favorite doc

Knowledgeable and professional. Got much-needed relief for my back.

The Doctor and staff was very professional and pleasant.

Always a joyful time with Dr. Toussaint. He makes easier to cope with the pain with his sense of humor.

Honestly great experience. I actually arrived before they opened it they quickly checked me in. I didn’t wait long. Dr. Toussaint came in quickly, was funny, kind and had-rays done. By the time I made it back from them and got changed he was ready to go over them and showed me what was happening and his recommendations. Off to start PT but I was very pleased and highly recommend.

Dr Toussaint is a very caring man.He was very easy to understand and spoke in layman’s terms. I would highly recommend him to friends and family members.

The office staff is awesome and friendly, I thought my appointment was for 9 and I thought it was 10 and they fit me in with no problems. Got me in and was able to take care of my knee and Dr. Toussaint was very friendly. I have seen other Doctors at the Bone and Joint office and they are all very accommodating to getting you Healthy!!! Thank you . I have always had an excellent experience at Capital Region Orthopaedics Bone and Joint Center. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

The staff was friendly and courteous. Dr. Toussaint explained his diagnosis and treatment plan in a way I understood. He has an excellent demeanor and I got the sense he wants to foster good relationships with his patients.

Excellent patient, kind & understanding. I've seen him over past yrs. I now need to make an app't for pain in my shoulder.

I had a great experience.

I was great that the doctor and staff really cared for my well being and helped me with my back issues. Definitely recommended!

The Dr was very patient with me even though I was a bit I'll tempered. I do not like doctor visits, and was not really polite. However he took the time to be patient with me and gave me follow up info to further help me along the process. A first class guy.

I am sharing my review because this doctor and his nurse Lisa were exceptionally accomadating and a pleasure to deal with. I was very impressed with their attention to my concerns . It was an overwhelming sight when first arriving ,as the parking lot was full and I assumed it would take forever to be seen. On the contrary, everything went relatively quickly . It was so refreshing to have these professionals with a smile and a sense of humor. I didn't feel like i was in an assembly line. The xray tech was awsome as well. When the dr discussed my treatment plan he listened to my input and worked with me to figure out what will work best for me. I would have given them 10 stars if that was an option. Great team!! Dr Toussaint was extremely pleasant with excellent bedside manner. I felt extremely comfortable describing the circumstances that brought me to his clinic. He was very detailed and thorough with his assessment, also very knowledgeable. One of the best physicians that I have ever seen. Would definitely recommend him.

Daughter saw him because of small fracture in fibula. Later developed symptoms of constant pain, skin temp changes, altered hair growth on leg, etc. He was always dismissive. When I explained that she was actually whimpering in sleep from pain, and she's quite stoic, he actually replied, "Tell her to bite her lip." We went to head of orthopedics at hospital who diagnosed RSD. Too late when we learned that we should have filed malpractice. What an insensitive, ignorant, arrogant jerk.

I have 3 joints done by Dr Toussaint. Every one is wonderful. They work well, I had no complications, and my quality of life is amazing now. He is also a delightful man to work with.
