Friendly & caring staff.... flexible days ‘ & hours as well

Staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They made my first experience of getting braces as an adult a breeze.

I love this orthodontist. They are friendly, passionate, loving and very professional. The prices is reasonable for the dental care. Monthly plan is reasonable. Both my daugther and grandson been treated there. Love them like familu

I would recommend Dr. Scott to my family and friends. He listens to you and the staff our great !!! I think that if you do the right thing with the care of your teeth you shouldn't have a problem.

The recording for the office claims that it has flexible scheduling, but it does not. I had a 2 P.M. appointment which required me to take a half day of work. The drive from my place of work to the office is about an hour and fifteen minutes. Unfortunately, the JRB had malfunctions the day of my appointment. After waiting in traffic for about thirty minutes, I called the office to make them aware of the situation. I actually had to leave a message which was suppose to be returned because the staff was on lunch break. After finding an alternate route to the appointment, I called the office again, around 2:15, to retell my situation. (The same situation I left on the voice, but never received a phone call back like the recording said I would). The receptionist stated that I would have to reschedule my appointment after I explained my situation and told him my GPS relayed that I would be there in eight minutes. I felt as though he was not sympathetic at all; he was just eager to give me a rescheduled appointment. Needless to say, I declined to reschedule. I missed a half day of work, endured frustrating traffic because of something I had no control over, and took an alternate route for NOTHING! Thank God for pedicures and manicures. I real like the office and they are real friendly. I had no problem in reschedule appointments. And Dr Scott help me a lot with my son problem. He found me the right doctor to do reconstruct on my son mouth. And the out come on all that work came out real good and no problem.

If you are looking for a sincere review, please read! I can honestly say that this office stands by their statement of being committed to providing exceptional care and customizing a plan that tends to your needs. I have not been the best patient Dr. Scott has ever had, there has been times that I did not follow my treatment plan, or I did not stay on schedule to completion; but, this office has continued to be understanding and patient with me despite the faults on my end. I have never seen the slightest bit of unprofessionalism, I have never felt unwelcomed, the office is clean, Dr. Scott will always work with you financially (which is very important), there is rarely a wait time, and if I was not sure about something Dr. Scott or staff made sure I understood every aspect of what was being done to me. Dr. Scott is a professional with a natural skill and passion for fixing teeth, I am amazed at the results I am seeing and would have never thought in the beginning I would be this excited to get my braces off. I only regret not being as punctual as I should have been almost to the point I feel so undeserving of my new smile. Dr. Scott still maintains a very patient attitude with me and treats me like a daughter he never had to pay taxes for. I love this office, and you will too! If additional outside dental work needs to be done, Dr. Scott will point you in the right direction to ensure your smile remains or continues to be perfect. I could go forever, but I figure I have said more than enough to encourage you to go to the office. I do reviews when I am very satisfied or very disappointed… you can trust me on this!! If it was possible to give negative stars I certainly would. Dr. Scott did not address my concerns or even acknowledge that my treatment was incomplete at the time of the removal of my braces. As a matter of fact he removed the braces a year before and had to reapply them when he realized the treatment was incomplete. Unless you want to pay for your treatment twice I would never recommend Dr. Jon Scott

Nice office, friendly service. It's hard to reach someone at times it's like they are never open. Dr.Scott doesn't listen yo your concerns and could use some help with bedside manner a little rude

I only started going there about two years ago but I reccomend if you can get her, Star, she knows what she’s doing, is very experienced and also knows how to fix things without hurting you.

I had my braces for.... 2 years. When he took them off, I didn't feel they were ready to come off. I'm no professional, so I went with his thoughts. I was placed on the clear tray retainers and I still currently wear them, as instructed. I will say I want my braces back. I follow off instructions with my retainer because I love my teeth... but they are sadly retaining back to pre-braces. Each time I go back for a check up, he give me new instructions for my retainer, but I just feel they aren't working. I've been researching other orthodontist, to see if I can get a better retainer or even back on my braces... but I haven't had any luck. I had my braces for.... 2 years. Dr. Scott's office treated me very well! I was initially told I'd have to wear braces for 20 months. I told Dr. Scott that I did not want to go a day over and he gave his usual half smile. :) I relocated about 3/4 of the way through my treatment and chose to stick with Dr. Scott because I did not want to risk another orthodontist prolonging or interfering with my treatment. I stayed on top of my appts and would fly from Atlanta to Virginia every 6-8 weeks just to get my braces tightened. He and his staff knew it and took very good care of me in a timely manner so I could fly or drive back home. Carol was my personal favorite. I requested that I be booked with her EVERY single time. And like clockwork, she was there, rain or shine. :) She did her job VERY well. I always asked questions about my progress and she would always reassure me we were right on target. This was the most memorable experience I've ever had with a dental/medical practice. It's been almost two years since I've had my braces off and everything went seamlessly. The 20 months went by fast and I was very satisfied with my treatment. Thank you all for your very hard work, Dr. Scott and my good friend Carol!! I wish you nothing but the best. -Tamesha B. I would not recommend at all look for another business if you need dental care. Run do not use them .

Horrible staff they have trouble getting things taken care of in a timely manner. This dentist office lacks professionalism they do not care about the customer. A company that cares about the customer works to resolve issues and disputes. If you notice none of the reviews that have been posted the dentist office has not taken time out to address any of them . The positive ones no appreciation has even been given. It fine for them take your money spend your money with businesses that appreciate you. We all have numerous choices when it comes to dental care if they do not want my business I have no problem going somewhere that does. I have made a decision to no longer use this office for dental care. Do not make the same mistake I did find another dental office immediately. Do not come here for dental services they do not value your business. I would never recommend a company that does not value my business as a consumer we have plenty of options for dental care . If you are looking for a dental office pick one that knows you have many options and appreciates you doing business with them.

Refused to listen to my Dentist's recommendation and continued to open up a gap in my teeth. Completely changed my bite and the appearance of my teeth and disregarded my discomfort. I highly recommend you choose someone else. What's worse, the Va Beach location (the one I went to) was shut down.
