Dr. Jon Nelson Rosenthal

Dr Jon Rosenthal is a fantastic Otolaryngologist !! Knowledgeable and a great bedside manner i would recommend him (and have to several people). He took excellent care of me when i came to him with a deviated septum and now,thanks to him and his wonderful staff,I have a better quality of life.

Dr. Jon Rosethal and his office should be a template for every business. Kind courteous interaction with patients, efficient electronic paperwork and smart phone technology for scheduling and check in, professional timelines in the office environment to keep you waiting as little as possible. I really appreciate that they care not only about my health, but also my time. Thank you to everyone at the office. You are a joy to visit!! DB

I went to Dr. Rosenthal after an Automobile accent complaining about my nose running constantly, and huskiness in my voice. He said you have "wet nose". And he went to use the equipment that goes up your nose into your throat which I asked was extra since I was not working. He said no. He told me i had polyps in my throat. He also had me allergy tested and they tried to "upsell me" on treatments after. I went to 2 other Dr's since. No such thing as "wet nose syndrome", no polyps, mild allergy not to any he suggested and an extra bill that he said I would not get.When I paid 5-10 twice a month until I went back to work they put it in collections and refused to discuss. It ended on my credit because after paying down $50. it went back up w/o crediting the $.He was a sarcastic, condescending person...and his office is not helpful.

Dr Rosenthal is a good man and an excellent doctor. He listened carefully when I was describing my symptoms and asked the right questions that helped him zero in on what was going on with me. He examined me and quickly diagnosed what the situation was. He then treated me and instantly took care of the problem. I'm extremely grateful and pleased to have him as my ENT. I strongly recommend Dr. Rosenthal.

First time call wordt customer services will put you on hold plus not answer a reasonable question. Ingore you then ask for information and appointment. When i confronted her she talk back to me and hang up rudely. They don't care for you're business why come?

Horrible customer service! I tried making an appointment numerous times. Nobody answered. Left multiple voicemail messages and never got a call back. I wish I could give zero stars.

Everyone is great except the receptionist Xaviera. She was very rude to me

I haven't been able to hear out of my right ear since I have been 17 (I am 38 now) and I've been having a really bad time with my ear, with infections, and cellulitis in my ear, and the swelling and a headache every day! well Dr. Rosenthal cleaned out my ear today and for the first time in 21 years I CAN HEAR OUT OF MY RIGHT EAR!! ANDDDDDDDD the pressure in my right eye is so much better (it's still there, but it doesn't feel like my eye is going to pop out of my head) and it's only been 2 hours since he did it!!! I am sending EVERYONE I KNOW to him. if i could give him 10 stars I would. Very worthy Doctor. Every time I have seen him, he has corrected my situation completely and with alacrity....5 stars!

After over 20 years of experience with both Dr Johnson and Dr Rosenthal it would be remiss of me not to share my experiences with both them and their staff. Both are amazing Dr's and wonderful caring people. If I had to list all of the procedures that I had performed by them it would be like writing a book. In summary whether dealing with a basic in office visit or corrective and elective surgical procedures I can give them nothing but the highest recommendation

This Dr does not listen and has his mind made up and has a bit of an ego...Unpleasant experience. Waste of a co-pay...had to find another Ent.

Very professional, courteous, and knows what he is doing! I had several palups removed and deviated septem. 2 hour surgery and felt nothing during or after surgery. Excellent doctor and highly recommended! His experience makes you fell at ease.
