Dr. Jon J Morton

I have no doubt that Dr. Morton is an absolutely excellent physician/surgeon and performs his surgeries at an A+ level. However, I was absolutely shocked to see that no other reviews mentioned his bedside manner. If you are the type of person who has ANY questions or feels AT ALL nervous/overwhelmed by your medical diagnosis and upcoming surgeries, PLEASE prepare yourself for your interaction with this doctor. He is RAPID, bordering on brisk. He does not allow any question-asking and actually said twice "I already answered that." He made is painfully clear that he was in an absolute rush to get out of the room and to his next appointment. All three of our appointments were identical to this experience. Again I do not doubt his technical expertise, but he made me feel so incredibly dismissed, unvalued, and uncomfortable during all three visits. My family said the same exact thing (one of them even cried.)

After years of watchful waiting Dr. Morton performed my prostate cancer surgery. His knowledge, care and followup has been amazing. He explains everything clearly. He genuinley cares.

I had a vasectomy with Dr Morton 2 months ago, I would rate him an A+. Time to walk in to walk out was about 45 minutes, he was very professional along with his staff. IMO you will not find a better Urologist to see.

Dr.Morton was great!He was very through and explained the results to me and helped me set up my next procedure. If your looking for a really nice person and great Physician I recommend Dr.Morton and his clinical staff!

Jon Morton is an incredible urologist. Always so attentive to me and a real pro about making sure that I'm getting the very best care. He discovered late-stage, high grade prostate cancer in me in 2008 and I thought I was a gonner. But, he led my team that included a top notch medical oncologist and a top notch radiation oncologist. Twelve years later and I'm still doing very well.

If a man needs his balls cut off this is the guy to do it! Really professional, friendly, takes time to answer questions. Its hard to find a doctor like this, really great experience considering. Seriously though, this guy is great, 0 complaints, only compliments and surprise at his quality of service.

Very caring and attentive. He listens well and both of my procedures went well. Extremely professional.

I found Dr. Morton twenty years ago when he did a ureter re-implant on my infant son after a less than acceptable start to treatment by a urologist in Lincoln. He was fantastic, so when I was referred to a Urologist for a high PSA, naturally I returned to Dr. Morton. He was just as impressive twenty years later. You can tell that he loves what he does, and is up to date on technology. His knowledge and explanations were outstanding. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone.

I've seen Dr. Morton for 10+ years. Dr. Morton has an A+ bedside manner and is excellent surgeon. In my opinion he is the "go to" surgeon and highly recommended by other doctors. Best of all you can trust his judgement. He will listen to your concerns and give valuable feedback.

Dr. Morton did an awesome job on my surgery and then procedure afterwards. The staff that helped me in their outpatient facility were EXCEPTIONAL. From the kind woman who took my vitals, to the dear nurses who waited on me hand and foot...I could not have been happier. I might add I was a very nervous patient. Thank-you so much for your kindness!

Dr Morton is the best Urologist I have been to and treated by and I have been to about 3 different ones. He did my prostate biopsy and I was as comfortable as could be with very little pain for the entire procedure. He also did a robotic prostatectomy on me 8 weeks ago and all is going as he said it would to date. Also, leading up the surgery he covered all bases by directing me to an Oncologist to make sure surgery was the best option for my situation. Thank You to Dr Morton and his Staff!!

Dr. Morton and his staff are some of the most attentive healthcare professionals I have experienced. The nurses called frequently to check on me for over a month during Thanksgiving and Christmas. I had a large kidney stone removed 2 days after my first appointment. I called the office asking for an appointment and was told to come in right away. Dr. Morton called me several times after hours to update me. He even called me from out of state while on vacation to give me the results of a scan. Amazing! I saw Dr. Morton today for the first time. I have seen many urologists over the years and this is the first one that actually took the time to listen to me. He is very personable, cares about your health and helped explain some procedures and research I did on line. I will be staying with him while I live in Omaha and would recommend him to anyone. Dr. Morton seems to pretty knowledgeable and eager to resolve an issue. His staff are the laziest, slowest, most inexperienced group of people I have ever had the misfortune to be helped by.
