Dr. Jon Ryan Glass

This review is not about Dr Glass. It's about the office management. I arrived 20 minutes before my appointment time. My appointment was for 10:30. After waiting 15 minutes past my appointment time I asked the girls at the desk how much longer. I said I had an appointment for 10:30 and it's now 15 minutes past. She looked at me then looked at the clock and said yes it's only 10:45. I then said my appointment was for 10:30. then another one comes in and says it will be a few more minutes because he is doing clinical. I said why should that interfere with my appointment time? I said I really don't care what the excuse is I make an appointment for a reason,To be seen on the time not 15-30 minutes later because of your poor job skills.. Poor office management is NOT exceptionable . I ask how much longer? she said 15-30 more minutes. I said this is unacceptable and to refund my copay. My time is just as valuable than the doctors.

My husband loves this Dr. He was very very nice ????.. and he explains everything 2 u.... he is ????

I am throughly disgusted with Dr. Glass. I terminated my patient - physician relationship with him. He performed a biopsy. After a couple of days the blood in my urine stopped. A few days later I was passing a lot of blood in my urine . I called his office. The answering service told me Dr. Glass was on call and they will have him call me. HE NEVER RETURNED MY PHONE CALL. I Lost all confidence, trust and respect for Dr. Glass. It's always good to get a second opinion. And the ability to move on with a physician whom I trust and feel confident with.
