I took my mother-in-law to see Dr. Herrera, she is more focused on paperwork or the computer than looking at her patients. She never once put her hands on my mother-in-law. I mean even when she had a physical. We are talking not listening to heart or lung sounds. No bowel sounds. No touching her for even a pulse. How can you possibly do a physical without doing basics. She seemed to be over stressed about her patients diagnosis. Like it scared her. She handed her a stack of papers and told her to fill it out. I told her we just filled out your stack of papers to get in here. Can't you get the info from those forms. She very rudely said I don't have that paperwork. The front desk has it. That is not my fault. Between the front desk girls eating big bowls of cereal to waiting for 2 hours to be seen I feel like the is malpractice waiting to happen. I had to pull my mother-in-law out of there and have her see a very smart NP, who actually listened to her heart, lungs. Never again

I’ve been going here for many years, and dr. Herrera is the most knowledgeable, understanding, sympathetic, educated doctor. She is always there to help, and is always going the extra mile if needed. The phone service is sometimes hard to get in contact with, but when I go in for appointments I see why, the phones are constant. The office is extremely clean, especially the restrooms. Most unprofessional doctor's office I have ever encountered!! If I didn't have to give it one star...I wouldn't!!!

Unprofessional since the minute the nurse hand me the papers to fill out, didn’t have her mask on. Doc Yolanda prescribed me some medicine not even having the results back yet. Got my results 2 weeks after, when I would call the ladies upfront would hang up constantly. One of them was going back and forth with me because she hung up on me, a few times. They would even admit it, and say “I hung up haha” after 3 weeks I called to get my results on my paps and they sent me to the doc Yolanda, who hung up on me, when she finally stayed in like she would not let me speak, and was just saying how my results looked. Zero sympathy over how long it took to get my results and about the bad customer service. I was self paid and REGRET going here. Not even sure if I should believe her results. Best doctor

Clean pretty and friendly

This doctor needs to be investigated asap for overmedicating her patients! My aunt was seen in the er last night.... they diagnosed her with being on too many medications! As a doctor, she should know better!

If I could give a 0 I would. Dr. Herrera is the devil. Literally left her office in tears. She made me feel horrible. I have to be one of the easiest kindest patients and her bed side manner was deplorable! The front desk girl Stephanie was always a doll baby, however once to the back the whole atmosphere changed. Santiago has been said to be rude- personally he was always very kind to me and even spoke to me in the room and consoled me after his she devil ex wife was so rude. I normally stay away from writing reviews but this was needed. This place must not be aware that first impressions are very important. I went for my first visit three weeks ago and LAST visit this week. Both receptionists were very rude. They sat there having a lengthy conversation while I stood there. Excuse me doesn't work with them. The smaller of the two kept glancing my way but never acknowledged me. She also answers the phone rudely. The obese receptionists, who I later found out was named Victoria, not only is rude but eats snacks very loudly and slurps juice while making you wait for her to finish. I had a mind to leave but thought they may have been having an off day. No, they are just rude. She was eating cookies as someone else stood there waiting when I left. My second appointment I dealt with someone named Stephanie. She was very polite and helpful. There were two nurses working in the back but now there is only one. I found out the other was a student. They should have kept the student because the nurse is clueless and kind of rude as she would stop to look at her phone and will cut you off while talking. Do not get a shot from her if you can help it. I saw Dr. Pam who was nice and the other doctor seems nice too. If they don't change their staff, they will lose more patients. Also the lady who works in the lab is very rude as well. I wish you could give stars for seperate things because the doctors are ok but I'm sure they know they have a lousy staff. Very Nice place !!!

I have been going to Dr Herrera for almost 10 years. She is a lovely person and a wonderful Doctor. Stephanie at the front desk is always there to Help. If you live close she is definitely the doctor to see.

Worst staff ever!!! Mother went in for check up and found out she was pregnant meanwhile the nurse was extremely rude and offended my mother for her age. Will be reporting SOON!

It’s very unfortunate that Dr. Hererra has allowed her ex-husband, Santiago, to hold the position of Office Manager for so long that he is running her business into the ground. He is rude, crude, and socially incompetent and immature. Odd thing is Dr. Hererra backs him 100% of the time....even when he is proven wrong....and in my instance, has lost a long term patient, which doesn’t bother her at all. This concerns me even more as one must wonder where her mindset is. Obviously it is NOT on the illnesses and needs of her patients. Dr green is very nice and passionate about my problems and listens concerns about her patients very good dr ????

I have been seeing doctor Herrera since she started being a doctor in this area. I absolutely love her and for me she always listens and takes her time with me. My entire family now goes to her. I would definitely recommend her to my friends.

Dr. Green is my PCP and has always taken time to address every concern I have, no matter how small. She takes her time and makes sure to answer all my questions, and the office staff is all very professional and objectively empathetic about their jobs. People downvoting this office are probably exhibiting DSB and were shut down. I would highly recommend either Dr. Herrera or Dr. Green as a PCP. Horrible doctor, Horrible office, Horrible bedside manner. Dr. Hererra will make medical statements directly to you and then DENY saying them. Possibly a doctor that throws out conditions to ensure patients come back for follow-up visits?

I went in for a physical, was charged for a chiropractic session. They refuse to fix the billing error. They will lie to your face and charge you for whatever they can. Good luck.

If I could give a 0 star I would. I brought my mom to get some blood work done since she's running out of medicine soon and needs to have the labs done before they give her the new medication. I stopped by the receptionist to pay for an old bill and she had me stand there for a while while she finished some paperwork she was working on, which is fine I understand I may not get quick service with only two employees on the reception area. After waiting for a while she looked up my information and tried to charge me more than twice as much what the bill was, and when I told her the bill I received was for much less, she asked the other person to help her and it turned out they couldn't find any old balance. I told them it was fine, I was going to just call when I find the bill they sent me. Then I waited for about 10 to 15 minutes for the person that does the blood work, listening to the entire conversation she had with her patient about some repairs she got done. My mom asked me to go find out how long was the wait time since she had to go into work later. When I knocked, the person looked confused and told me in a very rude manner that she leaves at 4:30pm and that she's not seeing anyone else even though it was 4pm. I told her we had been waiting for a while and that my mom is running out of her medicine soon, so she really needed to get this done today. She had an attitude with me and said why I hadn't knocked early, and tried to deny that the patient had been on there for a while. I should had learned from last time I went there to not bring my mom here. They never gave me my lab results even though I tried calling and when I went back the next year, they told me my old results showed I had high cholesterol. That's something anyone should know, and that's the whole point of getting these tests done. I have given them many chances, but they get worse each time. The receptionists are rude when you call, the bathroom is not clean. I will not be going back. I don't ever write bad reviews, but this one is well deserved. If I could give a 0 star I would. Dr. Herrera has been by doctor for many years. She has always listened carefully to my symptoms and explained treatments very well. The office staff is so easy to work with, generally getting me in for next day, even same day appointments. I have referred several family members to her and they adore her as well.

I LOVE this office and doctor. The staff is great, I hardly ever wait more than 10 minutes in the waiting room, and the doc always explains treatment options.

Very busy lady, but always will take the time to help you. She is my go to doctor of choice, and I would recommend her as a good place to start with any problems you may have! She will get you to skilled medical help if you don't know where to start!

This doctor shouldn't be practicing medicine! My elderly mother went to her 6mo ago for an ear cleaning. Not only did she have to wait over 2hrs, but the doctor was in a rush and very rude! After that my mom has had ear ache and rumbling noises and this doctor just tossed it up in the air as"nerves". Fast forward today, an ear specialist removed a 2inch medical instrument from my mom's ear. Every time we need refills we have to deal with rude office staff as well. They are all about $ not health

I've seen others Doctors there and no problem. But she was trying to tell me what I in there for with listen to a word I said. Do not recommend this particular dr. other ones are great!

They are so bad with timing. Plan to be in their office all day. You can have your appointment at 11am and they won't seat you in a patients room until an hour after your appointment AND once you're in the room you do another 30 minute waiting. This is all with 3 patients in the waiting room also waiting to be seen.

Dr Herrera is caring and focused. She explains in detail how she intends to care for you.

The doctor obviously has too big of a patient load. Wait times are always at least an hour past the appt time, and once there was standing-room-only while waiting to be seen by the doctor. When you finally see the doctor, she is very rushed and at times unprofessional. She discussed my medical history with my mother-in-law, over the phone without my knowledge, and once got my urine sample mixed up with a person with a similar name. Office mgr (older male) is very rude and hates being bothered.

Dr. Herrera, Does not listen to you and talks over you. She is very rude with no bed side manner. Always had an attitude. I rate her a -5. Santiago the front end manager is just as bad. He acts like you're inconveniencing him and always has an attitude. If you ask him a question, he just gives it to someone else to deal with you. Stephanie on the the other hand is great and I feel sorry she has to work in this office. Hopefully she can find a better Dr's office!

She listens to everything you say without making your feel like you are whining. She is very knowledgeable and caring. Her office staff is friendly and very helpful. I looked for a new doc for years and will now be with her until she decides to retire!!
