Dr. Jolanta Urszula Cichon

Dr. Cichon is a very caring, compassionate doctor and person. I miss seeing her terribly!! I would bring her fresh eggs at my visits when I could. She loved them! Dr. Cichon saved my life! The last time I saw her was just before she left Texas Oncology. I still had the remains of a cough from Covid and she insisted on a chest scan to check my lungs. That scan revealed a mass in my kidney which ended up being cancer. If I hadn’t had the scan it would have spread and been too late for me. Thank you, Dr. Cichon!!! I miss you!

I love Dr. Cichon! I have been seeing her for 12 years now, and I am sick that she is leaving Texas Oncology!

She keeps you informed about your health and explains everything whereby you understand your condition when you walk out of her office. No beating around the bush, you get the straight facts about your condition. Very intelligent Dr who wants to help you with the best drugs for your problem.

Dr. Cochin is a very caring Doctor. I like her very much.

The doctor listened to me. On our first visit she became aware that I have medical knowledge from years of teaching science. She thus explains things to me on the level of someone who knows things. On the last visit she ordered lab work after learning of my weight loss.

I trust Dr Cichon with my life - literally! She is extremely thorough and has her patients’ best interest in mind - always. She works in conjunction with her team to find the best treatment for your situation and disease. And the icing on the cake - she is compassionate and personable.

Dr Cichon very kind and thorough. Did have to wait quite a while in the exam room for which she did apologize.

Dr. Cichon and Texas Oncology saved my life. I couldn't recommend her any higher than I have. She listens to her patients, explains things, and makes one feel comfortable. If I could, I would adopt her as my daughter! Since I can't, she's my very special friend now and forever.

She is always willing to listen and I never feel rushed although I’m sure she see several patients daily.

She was okay. At times is not very receptive to patient's concerns or feeling about diagnosis. Could at times be kind of cold. Her nurse is very rude and is hard to get a hold of.

This is the most incompassionate Dr. I have ever met. I was already nervous to begin with and made her aware that I had an upper resp. infection. prior to my first chemo. She blew it off by prescribing me antibiotics and cont. with treatment, which landed me in the hospital with life threatening pneumonia. I wouldn't send my dog to this Dr.
