I’m a fully functioning human being and enjoying life now. Dr. Lackman diagnostic skills and care make you truly feel cared for, you’re not just a number. Was 27 minutes late to my teleappointment and after being on the phone with me 8 minutes rushed me off the phone because he was late to other appointments. Not to mentioned knew nothing about my 9 month old son before calling me. Read file outloud while on call. Would not recommend.

Scam! They have you sign a document thats states you haven't met your deductible but refuse to tell you how much its going to cost. Then BAM! You get a bill for $500 plus. Its a money making scam. Go somewhere else and get upfront cost or just take a Zyrtec and save thousands of dollars. Never met Dr. Z and is probably good at what he does but his staff is well trained to take your money. I would never recommend this doctor. The blood tests for food allergies are a SCAM!! I spent a lot of money in this office on tests that are not accurate, not to mention I nearly starved trying to keep away from the food that I was “sensitive to” (just about everything I ate on a daily basis!) I was told by a doctor in Boston the blood tests are a scam. Yes they are. I in fact eat EVERYTHING now! I was told I had food allergies. I did NOT! Come to find out I have allergies to chemicals. Went to z for gut microbiome, cross contamination,am celiac, told me no no low@ 118,said to get off my pills..as w other post here, tried to sell me juice$$$, got text from sister in law bout juice..against HIPPA law to give my #..in ethical

1st, they called me and said I missed an appointment that I never made. 2nd the lady who sits and plays on a phone all day was rude and argued with me. 3rd I get to the office and she doesnt even acknowledge that I’m standing at the front window.....I’m listening to these people talk to patients and they need a course on people skills. I called as a new patient to make an appointment after being sick for a month. I was able to get an appointment for 48 hrs later! I waited maybe 15 min before I was called in. This office is state of the art computerized. I believe this must allow for this office to be so efficient and organized. Dr Z is VERY thorough. He treats the whole patient. He is amazing! After receiving a nebulizer treatment I was able to breath. And I will be seen in 2 weeks for a follow up not 6 months. I look forward to even feel better. I've spent more money during visits with Dr. Z - this year, he started selling a lot of supplemental products such as yeast probiotics, biocydin, and juice plus, among others, with little to no information about them. Not even marketing literature. Did he get my allergies under control over many years through allergy drops and shots? Yes. But I can't afford him any more with the pressure selling that's not exactly evidenced based medicine. He's terrible at explaining things compared with my primary physician. My last visit lasted 2 1/2 hours, and he probably spent a total of 10 minutes with me, most of it being a selling pitch. THE OFFICE STAFF AND ALLERGY SHOT STAFF ARE EXCELLENT!

I find Dr. Zwetchkenbaum to be the most attentive doctor I have visited in my 60 years. He and his staff are open to traditional and nontraditional approaches to addressing allergy problems. They zeroed in on the route cause of a long-standing problem I was having related prescriptions prescribed by others. He has fully probed my food sensitivities when previous doctors never thought to do so. He has definitely helped me to feel better.

I saw Dr z today! Yes not capitalized on the z because all this guy is capitalizing on is selling “The Juice Plus” supplements that his wife sells. Totally inappropriate for a physician to offer a “supplement” that has no research to back it up!!!!!!! The only research on it was paid for by the company! Do not waste your time or money on this doc. He clearly has another agenda. I plan on calling my insurance company tomorrow and report him!!

I saw him for allergies and he tried to push supplements that his daughter was selling. Unethical.

I made an appointment several weeks in advance, completed my paperwork prior to visit and arrived at my 4:00pm appointment a few minutes early, despite inclimate weather. When i get to the door of the office there is a note stating the office closed at 3:00 pm due to impending storm!! No phone call from the office to let me know I needed to reschedule!! Dr. Zwetchenbaum is the only Allergist who was able to help my daughter. She is now on the allergy drops and doing great.

Some of the staff are not friendly bordering on unfriendly. He is fine.

Horrible. This man is very rude, hardly spends time with patients, and abrupt. Obviously he cares about money only. Miserable front desk staff too. Inexperienced medical assistants. Always inappropriate and rude to each other. Horrible wait time.
