If you expect professional, courteous, compassionate care from a physician, avoid Dr. Zimmerman. He was arrogant and dismissive towards the continuous and ongoing back pain I have experience for years.

Before coming to see Dr. Z I had two people tell me they didn't like him because he wouldn't do surgery on them. But I saw that as a good sign, and proceeded to visit Dr. Z. I was very impressed with Dr. Z's professionalism, and his compassion. He is a quiet man but very thoughtful and kind He operated on me, cutting free my spinal cord on L3,4 and 5. He is an excellent surgeon and now I am onmy way to a much healthier and happier life. Thank you Dr. Z!
