Dr. Yuen has been my rheumatologist for the last eleven years and he is fantastic. He was the FIRST rheumatologist to EVER take me seriously, listen to me, and create a plan of care that involved and respected my input and opinions. I would NEVER change rheumatologists because he truly cares about me and my condition. Prior to meeting Dr. Yuen, I was dismissed and even told I was FAKING my condition by countless other doctors, including other rheumatologists at Pacific Medical Center. Dr. Yuen is an incredible doctor with excellent bedside manner. He cares not only about making my life easier to live while coping with my condition but he cares about me as a person, which I find to be extremely rare these days.

I have great visited. Doctor himself made my next appointment for me.

It is great when Medical students accompany Dr. Yuen on the visits. Dr. Yuen is very professional and a great doctor for the Medical students to accompany. This was the 5th or 6th time over the years. I am in support of helping the upcoming new doctors. I am always ask if I have an issue.

My care provider is excellent. The receptionist at the main desk are slow to assist. Waiting minutes for a clerk to assist and none of them are helping anyone.

He is a very caring person and had some helpful tips about our current living situation.

Dr Yuen has been steadfast in his determination to find a nasal spray that I can use with confidence to treat my non allergic rhinitis. I trust him implicitly: he is knowledgeable, professional and friendly.

Dr. Yuen has alway been a good provider. I trust him. Even with all these pills he has me on for Sjrogrens,Arthritis, and Neuropathies.I sure hope I can get off of them one day.

I am so happy I found this doctor. I have struggled for years, and while most doctors have been very dismissive or just gave up on me, this one took his time to really LISTEN. There have been moments when he has said,"I am so sorry you had to go throught that" and I realize I am taken aback because I'm not used to such empathy from a doctor. He was able to to diagnose me and we have a solid care plan and I am very optimistic about the future.

Dr. Yuen is a very knowledgable and compassionate person. He is definitely the best Rheumatologist I have had and I highly recommend him!

I have never had a doctor so hurried to get through the exam and get on to the next. Example - To listen to my lungs and heart took six (SIX) seconds last time I was in. It has always been quick, so this time I counted... if he takes that little time to check my heart and lungs, what else is he rushing through. My disease has progressed more in the past 3 years with him that it did in the 20+ years with my last doctor. I am looking to make a change.
