Was charged for 2 cartons of contacts and only got one. They won't correct it and continue sending bills a 18 months later.
First time there, the doctor was absolutely amazing personality, very professional and so funny. I really enjoyed it!

They would not give me my prescription without paying in full before I left their office. They were adamant that I return the next day to look at new frames. Unless I did so, my prescription would not be released. I could not promise to return due to work and was made to pay $180 up front. I have insurance and should have only paid a $20 copay. Furthermore, staff sat laughing and looking at pictures online while I waited 25 minutes past my appointment time. No other clients came out as I waited.
