On time, X-ray was fast after visit.

Very informative and to the point. Willing to listen and respond to all my questions.

He was very kind. He made things easy to understand.

Initial consultation was very informative and I felt comfortablewith his level of knowledge. I appreciate when medical professionals don't assume I understand their terminology and speak in a manner I can understand.

I would like to commend Dr. Ward and his medical team for the professional way in which they handled my procedure. He was very thorough in the interview and explained the problem in ‘lay terms’ so it was easy for me to understand. Although I was anxious because I’ve never had an epidural, he put my mind at ease. He and his staff had my best interest in mind as they talked me through the whole process. He was exceptionally concerned about my pain level as he administered the potion and stopped when I told him it hurt, waited a few seconds before he proceeded. His nurses made me comfortable and at ease. I feel very blessed that I was referred to him. I’m getting better every day. Thank you, Dr. Ward!

Dr. Ward and his staff are great. He takes time to listen and offer suggestions. He learns his patience problems and finds solutions. His staff is excellent in working through insurance to get thing approved very quickly. He is straight to the point on what needs to be done for pain improvement, and explains things so the patient understands. A doctor is only as good as the information the patient provides. He had reviewed my records and listened very carefully to my problems on the first visit. He is very supportive and he and I work as a committee for the plan to my improvement. Dr. Ward has followed up with phone calls himself to check on pain status and possible next steps. I could not ask for a better doctor and the support that I have received.

I went to this Dr for chronic pain. He was extremely rude and arrogant. He actually told me if I quit drinking caffeine my pain would go away. I've met CNAs that knew more about medicine than this jerk.

Absolutely wonderful Dr. who takes TIME a d LISTENS to everything! I have never had a Dr. take so much time in listening and explaining everything in such great detail so that I can understand! He also cared enough to provide information for resources. I missed Taki g the Riverview Hospital Survey so wanted to at least be able to get a review out there for others to know that he's very trusting, caring and EXTREMELY THOROUGH!!!!! I APPRECIATE his time and recommendations!!!!

I saw Dr.Ward for the first time yesterday because of my lower lumbar pain that I have had for about 3 years. Always nervous when I have to see a new Physician. My wait time to see Dr. Ward at Riverview was minimal and the employees that checked me in were so friendly and helpful. My thanks to all. My visit with Dr. Ward was 5 Star from beginning to end. He was kind, very focused on what I was telling him and he was great at putting me at ease. He explained what was involved in the procedure that I will be having next week and I have no doubt that it is the best option for me to be pain free. I trust him implicitly. Thanks Dr. Ward. What a joke of a dr, Set for 30 minutes. Just for him tosgow up. Was there for pain and weakness in both arms ,issues breathing and a narrow spine. This qack.wants to send mw in for a check with a ears nose and throat specialist, wants me to a,sleep test.pmus a corizon shot in the neck. I switched to Dr. Ward after having a terrible experience with another pain management Dr. He went over my MRI results in great detail and explained to me what the issues were and how he planned on treating them. He even tried pushing everything through that morning to get a procedure done but my insurance takes a couple days to process everything. I really appreciate how upfront and honest he was and how he kept re-assuring me that he was going to take care of my lower back issues. I highly recommend Dr. Ward, you will not be disappointed in the care you receive! I couldn't be more pleased with my first visit with Dr. Ward and his staff. On time, very thorough examination and took time to explain what was going on with my back and the plan of action to try and eliminate my pain and discomfort. Highly recommend.

Even if your case is complex and other Dr’s give up he is always there to try something to offer you pain relief. There is nothing worse for a pt than to think your Dr has given up. He has never made me feel like he will give up. Highly recommend Dr. Ward . And his nurse Angela is so nice and efficient.

So far I've had 2 appointments with Dr. Ward. Both were on time, and the staff was awesome. During my 2nd appointment I received steroid injections. They went exactly as Dr. Ward had explained. He takes the time to tell you in detail what is wrong and what he plans to do to help. I would recommend him to anyone.

The visit was on time they took me to back ask about the medicine I was on blood pressure then within minutes i took in the room Dr. Ward came in he got his stuff ready then he gave me the shot THANK-YOU girls are great i come home lay rest of the day next day the pain is gone.

Amazingly responsive and caring, especially in these confusing times. Dr Ward was recommended by my primary care doctor, and I couldn’t be more satisfied. He listens and responds so fast it’s unbelievable. A definite credit to his profession.

Dr. Ward always give a detailed explanation of my problem. He offers suggestions as to fix or offers a referral to another doctor.

I trust Dr. Ward emphatically. He was there in my hardest days and kept me going. He explains clearly, is kind, does an excellent job, and has a wonderful staff.

Consistently busy, yet Dr Ward is always authentically zen, a rarity. Wish more doctors made the effort to be present in the moment and listen...especially helpful for a longterm pain patient. Support staff all pulling in same direction. Appreciated communication skills of entire team. Excellent experience...and consider myself rather tough and discerning as former healthcare provider.

Dr. Ward is very compassionate and he takes the time to talk with you and answer all your questions during the consultation. I was afraid during the injection, but he talked to me throughout and made sure I was ok and did not feel any pain. The injection did not actually hurt. It was more my fear of the unknown. I honestly can't say enough good things about Dr. Ward. I'm moving around better as I wait for my back surgery. His staff is also wonderful.

Dr Ward is kind and compassionate. He went out of his way and gave me a procedure that relieved my agonizing pain from a fractured disc. Even though I was there on the wrong day to receive the procedure, Dr Ward would not let me leave in pain. He performed the procedure anyhow. I could never thank him enough.

Dr Ward and His staff are very professional and so very kind! Dr Ward is straight up honest and to the point. He doesn't waist your time. I thought I had really bad hipburtitus ( spelled wrong, sorry ) but when Dr. Ward saw me, he knew right away it was something much more serious and when I went to the hip surgeon, he confirmed that Dr. Ward told me. I like that Dr Ward takes the time in consultation to answer any question/concerns you may have. I also like the thorough way he explains what he sees going on, and gives recommendations or referrals.
