This was the rudest doctors office ive ever encountered, actually these are the rudest people in general that I ever ever encountered. This doctor doesn’t care about you or your health just his pay. I went to Dr. Tilley after moving to the area from Nebraska. I had been treated in Nebraska for adult ADHD and Anxiety by a Psychiatrist, I called to make an appt and explained I needed to find a new pcp able to refill my meds, they assured me Dr Tilley would be able to do that. But when I seen Dr Tilley he belittled my diagnosis and acted like I was diagnosed by a fly by night quack psychiatrist and said I would need to be retested and rolled his eyes about my anxiety and previous diagnosis. After be degraded I decided to end the visit before jumping through drug exams and labs like a parolee for 1 refill of meds that he made clear he would not refill again. No thanks.

Have been seeing Dr. Tilley for almost 40 years. In fact, three times I have had to find a new doctor, due to changes in my insurance coverage. And, each time, I have come back to him when my insurance would change and include his practice. Later in life, I just said to heck with it, and paid for his office visits out of pocket, when my insurance tried to send me to other doctors. His quiet resolve, willingness to explain the diagnosis and options have made him the doctor I trust.

Never got to meet the doctor. I explained to the office that I had just gotten new insurance cards virtually and would be receiving in mail. The front desk was very rude to me and treated me like I was less than nothin. Would NOT recommend. Good doctor

Terrible! Dr Tilley doesn't care about his patients, only cares about getting paid. His office staff is horrible especially if you care about your privacy. Staff gives out sensitive medical info to your family members even if you don't want them to have it! Despicable all the way around!

I have been a patient of Dr Tilley for over 30 years. I met him while I was in college and he was first starting his practice. Over the years I have grown to trust his judgement. I cannot recall a single instance where he has been wrong. He is intelligent, insightful and quite compassionate. In those early years he very often did not bill me. He realized I was a college kid with limited means. He is a good man and a good doctor.

My husband and I have been blessed to be patients of Dr. Tilley since we moved to North Texas. He has taken such good care of us for 22 years.

Dr Tilley has been a great Doctor! Great communication, compassion and care.

I was on the hunt for a doctor since whenever I've gotten sick of just went to care now. Dr Tilley seemed nice and friendly and I really liked his staff. However I was very disappointed when I got my bill back for my insurance. I came in for my yearly checkup and while he was asking me questions about my health he suggested some nasal spray for possible allergies. Even though I told him I didn't have allergies he went ahead and suggested I take some( which I never did). Because of that he ended up charging my insurance not only for my physical but also for a "diagnosis visit". It charge my insurance like two office visits which resulted in a co-pay. I think he was in the room maybe 15 minutes. I felt it was unethical for him to do this especially when I was just coming in for a physical and answering his questions. I am a HORRIBLE patient. Dr. Tilley remains kind, interested, patient, and tolerant. I highly respect him and this entire office.

Dr. Tilley and his staff are excellent and the office is very professional and clean. Dr Tilley is very thorough and an an extremely kind and wise man.

I was able to get an appointment very quickly before the holidays by snagging someone’s cancellation. Dr. Tilley is very friendly and attentive. I highly recommend him.

Doctor Tilley Has been very caring and helpful with all of my health issues. He is amazing at making me feel comfortable during appointments, and seeing me in an emergency.

I've been with Dr. Tilley since 2013, referred by my friend. To me, Dr. Tilley holds one of the highest standard of professional ethics and skills. I wished I had come earlier. Come to meet with Dr. Tilley, you will feel the difference.

Dr. Tilley has been a trusted physician, advisor and friend to our family for over 26 years. He is a wonderful man and a very fine doctor. We recently moved from Highland Village to McKinney, TX but still go to Dr. Tilley. I would not consider going anywhere else. Dr. Tilley was my primary physician from 1995 to 2006, before we moved to OK. His service was excellent. He discovered an issue early on for which I sought treatment and now know how to monitor. I'm not sure what people expect when I see some of the reviews. Maybe your expectations are not reasonable. Thank you Dr. Tilley!
