Dr. Thompson was very dismissive of my pain and concerns and potentially caused more issues that could have been avoided due to lack of listening. Also told me that he “learned everything off of YouTube” when I asked him if he knew what he was doing when he messed up my IV in both arms and both hands. Traumatic and horrible experience. Should have looked into different surgeons.
Dr. Thompson pulled wisdom teeth on all three of my boys. I found the office staff to be very professional and kind. Dr. Thompson did a great job of relating to my kids and making them feel at ease. I would highly recommended my friends to this office!
I was under a lot of stress needing to have my wisdom teeth pulled. Dr Thompson made me feel right at ease. I would definitely recommend Dr. Thompson to my friends and family.
Dr Thompson seemed to know his medicine, but do NOT take him a child that has any special needs. My daughter has a very rare syndrome, and he asked questions that were curiosity, not necessary. I was perturbed. He said he wasn't comfortable dealing with the issue my daughter had, recommending an ENT, which I do applaud, so I said I'd use the Dr who did another child of ours' tubes... He turns to my son, sitting in the corner and says: "Do you need surgeries, or are you normal?!" Horrible!
