It's a shame when the reception staff ruin your experience with a doctor. We've been getting over charged, called and asked the receptionist about it and Madison told us we would receive a call back from the billing department. 2 weeks later, no call. Called up again today and spoke with Madison who was filled with "charm" today. She was very catty, rude, and acted like we were at fault. She told us we were supposed to be reimbursed from our insurance and to continue over paying them. Makes no sense and she refused to be helpful about it. After speaking with our insurance company, the office is responsible for the over payment and should be paying us back. Will be taking legal action. Amazing pediatrician! He is very knowledgeable, takes his time with his patients (and their parents), and his staff are very kind and professional. Highly recommended!

Dr. Stecklow is the pediatrician who checked out my newborn while at the hospital. He is friendly and knowledgeable; he went over what to expect, what to look out for, and offered time for any questions I had. 100% recommended for any pediatric needs.

Energetic and cares deeply about your kids.

We have had Dr. Stecklow aince birth and his love and patience for children is amazing. He is so gentle and kind and puts kids at ease.

We have been so happy with Dr. Stecklow! His staff is attentive and easily accessible. Dr. Stecklow listens, and takes the time to get to know our kids. We look forward to every appointment!

Dr. Steckliw was right by my side when I delivered my baby girl 14 years ago! He was amazing and great with her. I would recommend him to anyone needing a great pediatrician!

This is not a review of the physician, but of the billing practices of his office. My wife was instructed by the practice that we would need to bring our newborn in immediately after discharge from the hospital and again at 2 weeks of age. At 6 weeks we found out that they didn't bill the insurance for a "well child visit" for the first appointment, so it's not covered by the insurance. Looking deeper into the bill we saw that they charged $260 for an upper level complexity service, supported by a claim that our newborn had jaundice and feeding problems. Dr. Stecklow didn't mention jaundice (in fact he said color was good) or feeding issues (our health newborn had gained 9 ounces since discharge). When I called the office manager about the bill, she claimed that every pediatrician in Oklahoma requires their patients to come in post discharge even though it is not recommended for "well child". She asserted that every pediatrician also bills at the higher complexity level and that the jaundice and feeding problems were things that the physician is checking for...I'm sorry that's not how office visits are billed. Essentially, while I brought in a 100% healthy full term baby; I was billed as though I'd brought in a child that had multiple medical issues requiring the provider to spend lots of time individualizing care. This is classic "up coding" or overcharging. This is not a review of the physician, but of the billing practices of his office. Dr Stecklow is a fantastic pediatrician. I have had nothing but positive experiences with all three of my children.

Dr. Stecklow is down to earth, kind, honest, focused, and gets right to the heart of the matter. My boys also describe him as funny, a good doctor with a cool office, and according to my 6yo, a friend! Dr. Stecklow has been our ped. since the beginning. We now have 3 boys and recommend him to everyone we know! We have never been turned down for a same-day appointment and there is never a long wait once we arrive. Staff is friendly and very helpful.

I have been very pleased with Dr. Stecklow and his office. He is attentive, thorough, but to the point. I really appreciate how quickly I received a response after hours and how they got me in first thing the next morning. We never have a wait. And the office is just adorable. My baby loves looking around the fun rooms. It makes the experience easier.
