Very Nasty People in charge of answering the phone. Representative by the name of Gi Gi is the absolute worst. Worst customer service I have ever experienced from any medical or dental office. After being completely disrespected, I asked to speak with Dr. Skreko. I was told that my complaint about the horrible way I was treated was not Dr. Skreko's "priority" and I should "stop trying to turn a mole into a mountain"; whatever thats suppose to mean. It's been a couple of years since myself and my family been to Dr. Skreko's office. I guess we're not needed or wanted there anymore. And YES, I do have Great Insurance Gi Gi. And I also have cash I wanted to pay to help a family member get their teeth cleaned who doesn't have insurance but I will never spend a dime doing business with NASTY RUDE MEAN people. Dr. Skreko, I was really looking forward to another great experience with you being my Dentist but obviously your staff don't understand the importance of customer service. You are a great Dentist but that means nothing when you employ Nasty people and put them on the front lines as the face and voice of your company. I promise to spread the word on the horrible way I was treated. Nobody deserves to be talked to or treated like I was. I am terrible with dentist glad I finally found the right one for me ☺️

Just moved to the area so I thought I’d give these guys a call – big mistake. Whoever answered the phone was extremely rude. Literally the first question she asked me is “what type of insurance do you have?” Before asking me my name, what I’m looking for, etc, this is what she asks? I actually have insurance, but what I don’t have is the patience to be patronized. If you’re the voice of the practice, please try to be a professional. I’ve been to money-hungry dental practices before, and since I’m well-educated about the medical field, I know what type of places to avoid. I live less than 10 mins away but after this brief but offensive phone convo, I will pass. I’ll find a friendlier, more professional dental practice to go to. He may be a good dentist, but I am not comfortable going into an office where he considers something as racist and dehumanizing as a "jolly ni#ger bank" to be considered artistic and appropriate.

I've been going to Dr. Skreko for over 30 years and have always been delighted with the entire staff's service and their facilities. You will be in good hands under their care.

I have been to Dr. Skreko. He is a well trained and thoroughly competent and capable dentist. He has many academic credentials from the Academy of General Dentistry. Negative reviews here have only one thing in common...no one paid their bill. Those experienced in medical know that patient demographics are most important.....Further,... That little wind up bank is a valuable collectors art piece..... to see it is to appreciate it for it's historic artistic value. I have been to Dr. Skreko. Dr. Skreko is the best the guy is awesome. Had to have a tooth pulled out last week and before i knew it he had it out sewing me up. No pain at all just a little ghe next day to be expected.
