Despite having their name and practice on the marketplace they do not take marketplace insurance. Waited a full month to get in only to be cut of constantly by an underpaid front counter representative who wouldnt let me finish a thought. I was desperately trying to explain the situation and that they're listed as a provider who takes marketplace insurance but she was incredibly rude and kept say "honey we dont take it" like a broken record. Please take your name and practice off the registry if you don't take it. Despite having their name and practice on the marketplace they do not take marketplace insurance. My son has Marketplace Insurance. Dr. Siedlecki has listed himself on Marketplace as accepting it. My son makes an appointment...shows up... and is told in the waiting room they DO NOT accept it. It's a shame, since Dr. Siedlecki was my chosen PCP. But not anymore. I only deal with honest doctors. Dr. Siedlecki is not one of them.
Dr. Siedlicke is always caring and thinking of what is in my best interest. I highly recommend him to everybody I can.

I have been a patient of Dr. Turner’s since relocating to Richmond several years ago. He takes time to understand his patient’s health needs and listens intently. Dr. Turner provides clear instructions and suggestions to help overcome and improve my health concerns. The front office communicates effectively with the doctors and nurses. Phone calls are answered promptly and messages conveyed accurately to the nurses to ensure the accuracy of prescription refills requests, etc. The wait times are short and there is an abundance of reading material if I get bored or have limited access to a signal on my smartphone. DR. TURNER is THE BEST DOCTOR! I am well aware that I am far from simple medically and have sought out to find a treatment plan that works best for me. Dr. Turner has continuously put in consistent effort to find me what works best for me. Dr. Turner thinks outside the box and advocates for his patient's wants and needs and best interest. Dr. Turner pays attention to detail and cares about the social factors of his patients' lives and takes initiative to get to know his patients and make them feel heard. He never seems in a rush or like he is there simply to prescribe medication or diagnose. He takes his time, literally sits down and provides a space where patients feel safe and cared for. I drive 45 minutes to see Dr. Turner because he is so great, and soon I'll be about an hour away, yet will continue to drive the distance to ensure such great care for myself. This is the worst experience I have ever had with a place of business! It is a joke of professionalism. I visited 1 month ago and saw Dr Turner for the first time. I came in with a pain in my chest and tingling in my left arm. I am pretty young and healthy so Dr Turner thought I have a pinched nerve in my shoulder and wanted to refer me to a specialist. Ok, appointment went fine. Waited a week for a call from the specialist. It never came. Called in to see what is going on. Linette told me she referred me to cardiologist that didn’t receive her message because they didn’t gave the same system. Over the next 3 days I called, each time with her promising she was taking care of it. So I get the number myself to call the cardiologist and they said Dr Turner needs to call them because they don’t think they are who I need to see. I called and let Linette know she said they would call. I called each day the following week to see what was going on. I asked for calls back which I never got. A week later a orthopedic surgeon calls to set an appointment. Huh? I thought cardiology... no one informed me plans had changed. I have asked for Dr Turner to call me directly 5 times now. He has not bothered to call me back. I even tried to make another appointment just to be able to talk to him and was told the computers are down so they couldn’t make appointments. It is now a month after seeing Dr Turner and I have an appointment with an ortho which I doubt is the right specialist and Dr Turner still REFUSES to call me back. I have never felt so dismissed and disrespected by a business!!!!! They do not care about their patients!! Trust the reviews!! There are many more on FB, yelp, and google that are similar!!!! 16 phone calls over a month time and Dr Turner still has not called or cared with what is going on. I am so frustrated with this practice. Almost every time my husband or I go, we get to the office early (as they normally request at doctors offices) and end up waiting over 40 minutes (not including the extra time for getting there early). Recently my husband waited TWO HOURS before seeing the doctor. I understand that sometimes things can get behind because one person is late, but this has happened consistently. I am looking for a different practice because the service we get is not worth the wait. As a side note I had the same issue as other reviewers with being transferred to a specialist but not with the correct information and billing issues. I do not recommend going here. I am so frustrated with this practice. I just called today to schedule a Wellness visit/physical. I was advised that I cannot do this as a first visit (new patient). They said they can do an “establish patent” visit. I asked how that would be billed and they said “as an office visit” so I would just pay my co pay. Well guess what? I have a high deductible plan and that would cost me a couple hundred dollars whereas a wellness visit is completely covered by insurance. She proceeded to ask if I wanted to come in tomorrow. Um, NO! Why would I pay hundreds of dollars when nothing is wrong only to have to set another visit for a wellness checkup? I have never heard of such a thing. That really makes me question the ethics, morals, and billing practices of this doctor’s office. The provider I used to see left this place for another location and I'm so glad. They have some shady billing practices here.
I have gone to this practice for many years and have always received good care, reasonable wait times, ease in appointment-making, and friendly, helpful service from the office staff. Recently, however, an unfortunate incident has necessitated my move to another practice. I have seen many of the providers in this office, but my main provider was a family nurse practitioner, Lynn Woodcock. About 8 month ago I saw Dr. Tuner instead, for a thyroid test/medication review. After that Lynn left for another practice, so I saw Dalia for a physical/pelvic exam and thyroid test. Both practitioners were professional and answered all my questions. At the beginning of these two appointments, I gave Dr. Turner and Dalia a printed list of each of my medications and their dosage and purpose. I take quite a few medications and for both this was their first time seeing me, so I wanted to make it easier for them to review my medications. I also mentioned that one of the medications on the list had to be called in to be refilled, as it was filled by a compounding pharmacy. Dalia returned the list to me a short time later; I don't remember whether Dr. Turner kept the list or returned it to me. Neither of them commented on being unfamiliar with any of the medications on the list, including the one that had to be compounded. (Of course, these medications are all also in my medical file.) After the visit I tried to renew the compounded medication that was on the list. It was originally prescribed by Lynn, and I have been taking it for many years. (It is a very low dose and is not an opioid and not addictive.) Both Dalia and Dr. Turner refused to renew the prescription, saying that they were not familiar with the medication. Dr. Turner said that I will have to go back to the person who prescribed it for a renewal. I can certainly understand not being familiar with a medical condition or a medication, but I cannot understand not being willing to take a little time to read up on an unfamiliar medication. I sent both Dr. Turner and Dalia links to some of the many clinical trials and research on this medication. They did not respond. If they had specific concerns about my taking this medication, I can understand their decision to not prescribe it. But to refuse to to prescribe something that has worked well for a patient for many years simply because one is not familiar with it, and to refuse to read anything about the medication or provide the patient with feedback about any concerns, is, in my mind, unprofessional and a dereliction of duty. So I have done as Dr. Turner suggested and moved to the office where Lynn is now practicing, so I can continue with all my medications. It is good to be back with someone who knows my history and is familiar with all my medications. My wife and I have been patients of FPSR since 1995 and we have always been happy with the quality of care received. If you need an appointment, they will always fit you in the same day, usually within an hour or so of when you call. They have a great, modern office and the staff is friendly. Great family practice.
I give him a 5 star. One of the very best doctors I have ever had. Waiting time is so fast I hardly have time to sit down. He has been my doctor for a long time.
