Dr. Shuff is relatable & funny & good at what he does

Excellent experience with Dr. Shufflebarger. Saw him some years ago for a cyst removal on my finger, then again recently to treat my finger. He is professional yet friendly, thorough and confident in his profession, my reason for returning for his service. He is the best.

Rude. I feel like my hand surgery was botched. Still suffering 2 months after minor surgery

Dr. Shufflebarger is very compassionate and explain’s exactly what is expected before and after Surgery! I have referred him to many friends but unfortunately I needed surgery myself for two broken fingers. I have known Dr. Shufflebarger for over 30 years and would not have trusted another surgeon! The best hand surgeon in the Worcester area!!!

He was cold no compassion or emathy! Every time I tried to speak to share something, he talked over me! With a long orthopedic history I thought he might be interested. He looked at my xrays, said it was arthritis, left the room and quickly came back with a neoprene splint. Did not examine my hans, just put the brace on. Before I could tell him I was allergic to neoprene, he told me to call if it got worse and left the room for good! I will never go back!

He was rude, impersonal and condescending. Being chronically ill, I deal with a lot of Medical staff and he is literally the worst one I’ve ever encountered. We are talking in 20 years of care.

I thought he was very rude. Didn’t greet us when he walked in the room, his office was running 45 mins late

About 16 years ago I was in a bad car accident on 290 with a bunch of friends on Labor Day. My face and head had sustained serious injury. I believe it was about six hours of sugery but Dr. Shufflebarger put me back together. He met with me for months after for laser surgery to remove tattoo scaring. He is an incredible surgeon and just and really nice man. He probably doesn’t remember me but sure do remember him. From the bottom of my heart thank you!!!

I have been referred by my physician to see this physician and was told I would hear from this office. It has been like five weeks and no call. You can call and leave message after message and be told they will call you back and it never happens. Very poor patient oriented

Not fully satisfied. Doctor Shufflebarger performed my operation for an injury I suffered at work. The operation went well, but the recovery was not as fast as he wanted it, so he just basically told me that he could not longer help me or see me because in his opinion I had reached maximum medical improvement. But I'm still in pain from this injury.
